My Chemist Closure

Mychemist.com.au will be closing at the end of June. The My Chemist stores are now Your Amcal. The range, the people, and the pricing are the same, you can find your specials instore and if you are looking at shopping online go to www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/

Order

If you have received your online order with damaged, missing or faulty item(s) you will need to contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving your order. Our friendly Customer Service team will help you by investigating the issue, please have your order number, details, and relevant photos handy to share with us to assist the process.

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide photograph of your item(s) and/or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.

For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.

Products we cannot accept returns for include medication, baby formula, vitamins, fragrances and consumable products.

Loyalty

You can continue to use your My Chemist loyalty point vouchers at select Amcal stores – Alphington, Moonee Ponds, Melbourne, Northland, Chadstone, Airport West, Mid Valley, Dontown, Plenty Valley, Castle Towers, Broadmeadows, Doncaster, Aspendale Gardens.

You will be still able to use your loyalty point vouchers at Amcal+ stores, and you will continue to receive a voucher when you reach the minimum value amount.

Customer Account Information and Prescriptions

If at any stage a My Chemist customer would like their Personal Information removed from our database, we require an email with the username, password and identifying information and the customers file will be deleted from our records. Please send to: [email protected]

You will be contacted by one of our Pharmacists and asked if you would like to transfer your prescription to be fulfilled by Chemist Warehouse or your prescription returned to you. You will then be sent an email to confirm your choice which we will need a response to before proceeding.
