Elastoplast Advanced Ankle Support medium size is for stabilising strength, protection, compression and support. The anatomical design and lightweight knitted fabric provides optimal fit and durability even during sport.

Elastoplast Performance Ankle Support helps to provide strength, protection, compression and support to stiff, weak, painful or injured ankles. It gives a moderate level of support during sports and other activities.
With Dynamic Guard Technology: supports active recovery
• Dynamic Recovery Knit that stimulates the bloodflow, thereby enhancing recovery.
• Flexible Fabric that moves with your body for ultimate comfort and flexibility.

Directions

How to apply:
1. Pull the brace up your right/left foot, toes first. The label should always be on the front.
2. Pull the brace up your ankle, position the inlays around and below your ankle joint.
3. Pull the brace further up your lower leg until the heel is within the marked heel area.

Wear during activities that lead to discomfort. Seek medical advice if in doubt about the injury.

Only use on clean, intact skin. The product should be applied as illustrated.

Ensure product is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted.

Avoid wearing for prolonged periods e.g. whilst sleeping. Do not use if you have a known allergy to any of the specified materials.

Consult a physician and stop use if a rash develops, pain is prolonged or if conditions worsen.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic support and compression Excellent support but gel inserts tear away from the inside of the support too easily. This brace was the perfect combination of compression and support for my recent ligament retear. You need to make sure you hold the tops of the gel inserts as you put your foot in though, otherwise they can catch on your toes and pull away from the fabric wall.
