I do think the idea is great but I have found the day I apply the product its really good but the next day it fades to a horrible looking orange stain. I'm going to try a different colour next time to see if I get a better result. Will let you know.

I forgot it was even on my face while drying and even peeling off was a breeze. I was so excited with the prospect of natural looking eyebrows with a bi-weekly application.... Until it turned GREEN. My excitement disappeared just as quickly as it had arrived. Thanks, but not for me.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing Purchased instead of the tint as there were none in stock of my normal colour, thought it would be the same effect as the print on the box says tattoo studio. Easily applied with the wand and angled brush, colour was too dark but pigmented really well. Wanted to wipe off a bit as it was too solid and looked unnatural. Started to look splotchy so had to remove all together. Really loved the tint product but can rarely find it in shops anymore.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unnatural Colour! I’ve used Maybelline’s Tattoo Brow gel tint (Medium Brown) previously and had a WOW moment! Yes it went on dark but when you peeled the gel off, the colour was good. When I needed to replace it, it seems the product has been changed to Tattoo Studio waterproof brow gel. Not knowing which colour would suit I bought Blonde and Soft Brown...there’s virtually no colour difference, both are way too dark for a blonde person and the application is challenging to say the least. It’s almost impossible to get an even brow shape as the brush is too thick. Very disappointing result as these products will end up in the bin.

Tried again, where I left it for almost 3 hours and it only lasted me 2 days, had to fill with a pencil as well... Not completely sold on it yet. It's very expensive and doesn't deliver

Second time two hours, lasted almost two day, but the end of two days it looked like I had not applied. Tried to leave it on overnight, same thing. While I like the way it looks once done, I don't like that it does not last as long as it days it is supposed to.

My brows look orange for well over a week and looks really odd. I do have reddish tones in my hair but its mostly dark brown. Even with reddish tones this doesn't suit me.

However, within 24 of application the eyebrow had disappeared. The product worked well and looked good immediately after application but it just didn’t last. Not worth the money and if I have to reapply everyday I may as well use a brow pencil.

However, after 12 hours the tint leaves an orangey tint, so I had to fill my brows in. It’s happened every time I’ve used this product so I will not be buying again.

Was ok when it came off from a distance until I got up close my skin under my eyebrows was orange they look disgusting a lot of people ha e commented on how the look so orange talk about knock a girls confidence also I have died my eyebrows since a young age never had this problem I also looked in to what was in product and I'm not allergic to anything !

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Blue eyebrows! I just tried it for the first time and used grey brown - left on for just under two hours. Shocked I have weird blueish eyebrows now. Wiped a lot off with make up wipe straight away so hopefully a few face washes will get rid of it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dark brown turned orange on day two I was really excited to try this product and my first impression was good, it felt fine on my brows while I was waiting and did it's job of coloring my eyebrows well. So on first impression I was impressed. But then on day two they started to turned orange. I didn't have any products on my skin that might have caused this so it's definitely from the tattoo brow product. So I am not happy about this product and would not recommend it until Maybelline finds a way to fix this. Orange eyebrows is a hard look to pull.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stays on forever, but turns orange Having sparse areas in my eyebrows I was beyond excited to give this baby a try. Like all the beauty vloggers out there, I was also skeptical of the dark shade of the product while applying it. The applicator is too thick and makes it difficult to avoid a bulky brow, but with the right makeup brushes or q-tips, it turns out alright. Once removed, the shade is almost too dark before I take my first shower, but is natural looking after... Absolutely amazing! But by the second day, the colour turns bright orange (imagine orange spots in dark brown brows... ugh.) So I have to fill in my eyebrows with makeup again by the second day... kind of a bummer and a waste of time. BUT, I will say that once Maybelline will figure out how to avoid orange brows, I will absolutely only be using Tattoo Brow, as it does last a couple of days as promised!

I have a very sensitive skin and normal salon tint leaves my brow area swollen, itchy and inflamed for several days so I stopped tinting. I hate drawing on my brows every day and feel like it never really looks natural enough. I would not go for the micro blading as my natural hair is still very light and I dont think it would work. The one good things is that this product did not irritate my skin at all. I chose light brown. My skin tinted in a nice light brown colour but came off completely with just water rinsing. My brow hair did colour slightly - but it's a pink orange colour that looks rediculous. Great idea, but sorry no it doesn't work for me. I have tried sharing a photo but its not loading.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sadly, a let down I really wanted to love this product and had high hopes so am sad to say I was rather disappointed. Here's my breakdown of the good & bad: The good - *On day 1, my eyebrows looked great and pretty natural. The bad: *The tint only lasted one day. I followed the recommendations and did not cleanse the eyebrow area or actually wet my face at all for 24 hours, but when I eventually did cleanse, the tint came off pretty much completely. Given this, I don't see any benefit over just using a pencil/powder every day, and in fact these options are better as you don't have to wait for 20mins. *The consistency of the product is rather sticky/gluggy, which doesn't make it all that easy to apply precisely, and it sets pretty quickly so you have to work fast. I recommend drawing a light outline of the brows first and then filling in with this. *It is difficult to do the inner brow nicely - I prefer not to go too heavy in this area as I want to avoid the "block brow" look, and the consistency of this product makes it difficult to control how much you're applying.

I definitely did not enjoy being made fun of by my friends. "What happen to your brow ?, why is it so orange ?" Maybe shes born with it.

First I bought the medium brown and day one it looks good and very easy to apply, a few lost eyebrow hairs - so wouldn't be great for those with very sparse eyebrows. Day two, three, four it gave a very reddish tone, but certainly lasted longer than my usual henna brows and even easier to apply. I picked up the dark brown hoping to get rid of the red, but honestly not sure if there was a difference in colour. I wouldn't use either of these two colours again, the product I would have rated 5 stars if it weren't for the reddish tones. I'd like to try the brown grey, but not sure I'm willing to spend again for another one, some of the one star reviews also refer to the red tone in the grey brown.

I applied and followed the directions exactly however notice even when applying the gel, it was a dark shade of green. I mixed and shook the bottle thinking the colour just hadn’t mixed, but this was not the case. I assumed it was meant to be this way and applied anyway hoping it would develop into a medium brown as advertised. I peeled it off to find my skin and eyebrows had been tinted a horrible shade of green and although I was able to wash it off immediately, this product is a complete waste of money. With a swipe of water this also came right off (lucky for me) however after leaving it for quite some time, and advertised as being a long lasting product, it proved very incapable of being such.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very uncomfortable… I loved the Brow Satin duo so much but they seem to have retired it and replaced it with the new version. The darkest shade might suit a blonde, and the crayon is so waxy you’re really aware of it on your face, and the powder- if you could say there’s actually powder? Mine seems to just be a sponge. So upset to say goodbye to a great Maybelline product and have this be taking over everywhere. Hopefully I can find enough last remaining stockists to gather the good stuff from.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back the Maybelline Satin Brow I loved the Maybelline Satin Brow Dark Brown. It glided so smoothly onto my skin and the pigment was perfect and looked natural. However, because you have discontinued it, I have tried to find a replacement. I tried to Tattoo Brow 36HR but it is disgusting - way too thick so that I look like Dracula's bride or a hooker! So, next I tried this Natural Brow Duo Deep Brown and it is rubbish! I have to force it against my skin just to actually get colour out of it. It is patchy and cannot blend. Will definitely not be using this nor will I be buying it again. Even though it was on sale $16.49 at Chemist Warehouse, it was a waste of money!!! I want my money back!!! PLEASE BRING BACK THE SATIN BROW DARK BROWN!!!!

I brought this because it seems it has replaced the tattoostudio brow tint gel (where you peeled it off) so I thought this was the same application. Very, very wrong. It feels chunky and goes patchy looking after a few hours. the colour is also very very dark compared to the gel tint. I find it easier to apply with an angled brush instead of the applicator it comes with. Not very happy with it sadly
