They come in a range of sizes to cover the teeny bumps to the absolute whoppers. I had a bit of difficulty peeling them off the plastic sheet, but once they were on my face they were almost imperceptible. When I took it off after the recommended time frame, the dot had absorbs quite a bit of 'yuck', my skin wasn't irritated and the spot was not only visibly smaller, but I could feel it had gotten s,aller from underneath too. I love the fact the product is made in Australia too.

The down side is they only seem to work on smaller, less irritated pimples, not the larger more agitated ones.

I used the patch, it seemed to work although it's hard to judge off the one pimple. I'll continue to use them though and see how I go.

I was enjoying my trial as the spot covered the pimple well, felt nice, painless and smooth, then after a few hours wear at home my husband asked why I had sticky tape patched on my face and my 5 year old laughed at me "for having stickers on my face". It was then I noticed the pimple dots had become more noticeable than when first applied and probably a product best used in the home and not out in public as they did look a bit odd and not so discreet. So I started using the "Am" patches in the "PM" and night in the comfort of my own home. Overall though I do feel they helped reduce the pimples, stopped them hurting and stinging so much and stopped the inflammation, just not the most fashionable to wear out anywhere and unable to be covered by make-up. Great concept though.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pimple first aid [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that there are different sizes ranging from itty bitty to big enough to cover whopper of a pimple, and that all are minimal when it comes to obvious sticker on my face. I haven't worn one for the full 6 hours as my skin hasn't warranted it yet and I did find they glisten in the sun a bit and look a little odd, but no doubt better to wear in public than a face full of pimples. They are simple, easy to use and discreet. While I'd love a solution that was completely invisible this is probably as close as it's going to get. I would use the micro dart night time patches first though to see if I could clear it up overnight.

They don't quite match with the skin, so I wouldn't like to be seen in public with these on. They did next to nothing on some spots, and others they slightly helped. Not really worth it though. You're better off using the cleansing bar by the same company. That one really works!

Good to reduce swelling/redness of spot on your face if you can go without makeup. Didn't make any significant improvement with healing spot faster. Great they come in different sizes. Also didn't irritate the skin or cause any reaction which is good for sensitive skin.
