Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

*2x daily (every 12 hours) brushing with 4 weeks continued use.

It has a gel-like texture, a pleasant minty flavor, and you only need a small amount. My teeth and gums felt noticeably clean and my teeth were less sensitive after use. I've also seen an improvement in the staining of my teeth. This toothpaste exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be switching to it. The taste is also much better than other charcoal toothpastes I've tried.

The freshness is long lasting. The colour was a little surprising. I had expected it to be a little darker, or less translucent. The consistency is a little runnier than I like, especially for using with an electric toothbrush. My teeth feel clean, but I haven’t really noticed a change in colour or a reduction in staining over time so I’m not sure it ticks the whitening box. A good general or family toothpaste- depending on price point.

The tube is large with a flip top lid which makes for easy opening and closing with no mess around the rim of the lid. It was initially odd to see the toothpaste as black as I have not previously tried a charcoal toothpaste. The consistency is a gel so if you are used to a paste this can be an interesting chnage. The product has a pleasant taste and gave a very deep clean, my tooth feel smooth and it least a fresh mint taste in the mouth. I feel that after a week of use I can see a difference in the brightness of my teeth. Overall a really good product

The antibacterial protection for 24 hours is a huge plus for me, giving me peace of mind that my mouth is staying fresh and clean throughout the day. The charcoal infusion was a new experience, and I really enjoyed the deep clean feeling it provides. One small issue is that the tube doesn’t stand upright easily, which can be a bit inconvenient when trying to keep the bathroom counter tidy. But honestly, that’s a minor thing compared to the overall benefits. The toothpaste itself has a slightly different consistency than I’m used to, but it’s not a dealbreaker. It still does a great job of keeping my mouth feeling fresh. While I haven’t noticed significant whitening yet, I’m excited to keep using it to see more results over time.
