Directions

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Wash [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We trialed the Cetaphil Baby Gentle Wash and Shampoo, we found it to be wonderful not only for our newborn but our bigger boys (3&4) also. The formula smells lovely, is a nice thickness to wash with and does not seem to irritate any of my children's skin, including one with sensitive skin. It does not dry out their skin either. I love that it is head to toe as my bigger boys are not particularly good at using too many products and only sit still long enough to be fiddling with products. Great option, especially to sensitive skin.

My kids are loving this product because they love the fragrance and the nice soft texture of this product. Easy to lock top, super important if your child is like mine, and they love to lather themselves with thick layer of wash products. Locking the cup will make this product last soo much longer. After using Cetaphil Baby Gentle Wash and Shampoo, children's skin feel soft and clean. This gentle wash and shampoo product made in Germany. German product have always assured me of the best quality and highest standards.

The Cetaphil baby gentle wash and shampoo was in an easy-to-use pump bottle. I like that it was convenient as a 2 in 1 product saving me from using two different products. It was thicker than most I have used before. There was no strong fragrance. It bubbled nicely in his hair. It doesn’t really bubble in the bath water. There were no issues with skin irritation or worsening my son’s eczema. His skin did not appear to dry out using it. I liked that it was dermatologist recommended.

He never broke out in a rash using it and I never had an issue with it drying his skin out. Not much product is needed in each wash so the product does last a while. The only negative of this product is the smell and I have found similar products on the market which I find have a much more appealing smell. Overall however I do like this product and would happily use on my unborn newborn.

I found it to be more of a moisturizing cream base rather than lathering soap. The wash is Gentle on my little ones skin, without the drying effect like soap. My child has sensitive skin to soaps and lotions, the cetaphil baby gental wash caused no irritation. The skin was left soft with a pleasant fragrance, Cetaphil Baby wash and shampoo is also convenient being a two in one wash for both skin and hair. An affordable price point. I would recommend this product.

We are big fans of the light and subtle fragrance which is subtle which is great for babies and toddlers. The shampoo does create bubbles a little when applied to the hair and a face washer if too much product used. But remains light and soft on the skin. When added to the bath water it doesn’t create many bubbles but a lovely gentle wash for little ones skin. Great on the sensitive and eczema skin

It's nicely moisturising and doesn't upset our toddler's sensitive skin. I slightly prefer the Cetaphil Baby Moisturising Bath Wash to this one for the winter months as it does a better job at keeping skin hydrated, but overall this is a great product and I would recommend it to others who have little people with sensitive skin (or anyone really!) as a great product for kids bathtime.

Scent was nice. It lathered well in the hair, not so much on the body but that’s normal for a soap free wash. I think this product is gentle and a good option for little ones. My son can get a bit of eczema but didn’t have any reaction to this wash. It’s not tear free so something to keep in mind if you’re washing your child’s hair. I would recommend this to other parents and those with sensitive skin.

It's a two-in-one superhero for bath time, and let me tell you, it makes bubbles like it's going out of style. Our munchkin's hair stays manageable and oh-so-smooth, and there's no epic battle against tears because it's tear-free (hooray!). The scent is subtle and pleasant, which is great because nobody wants to smell like a flower garden exploded in the tub. The only reason it's not a perfect five? Sometimes we feel like we need a bit more to tackle those particularly adventurous messes. But overall, it's a solid choice for gentle care that keeps everyone happy and smelling sweet

It didn’t seem to affect my sons sensitive skin which was really helpful.The product lathers quite well so a little goes a long way. All in all a pretty good product but the scent could be toned down a little bit because it is quite strong for a babies wash and shampoo. I also like the tear free formula which I think is extremely important in shampoo products because when washing it out it’s almost inevitable to get some in the little ones eyes so it gives me comfort that if it accidentally gets in my sons eyes it won’t be such a big deal.

They feel more empowered that they're getting out their own shampoo. It's gentle on their skin and hair and that's what we love, to make sure that the products are moisturising, not stripping the skin in this dry winter weather. The fact that we can use it from newborn onwards makes it easy for us parents to know that we don't need to look for another product as they get older. Did we mention tear-free! So so important for us to know that our bubs will be feeling mighty fine if any gets into their eyes. Overall - recommend!

It creates gentle bubbles during bath time and the little one enjoyed it too. I like that it comes in a large bottle packaging and you can use it for both hair and body. There's not much more I'm looking for in a baby wash so it's met all my expectations. I would use again and recommend to others. It's a good trusted brand with other complementary products to go with the bath wash too

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nicest smell I love the scent they use in this product, although its light it gives your baby a nice and fresh smell; the only thing its not good about it is the fact they don't sell it as a pump up style of bottle what makes a bit harder to use it when you only have one hand free while bathing your baby. I always ended up choosing other brands due to the package they use on this product. The consistency of the body wash is great and none of the children I know or my child have had any reaction to it.

It comes in a really handy pump bottle and a good size at 400 ml. It smells really nice. The product is made in Germany which I prefer to support Australian made products so unless this is on a really good special which takes priority at the moment then I would purchase, I will otherwise continue to support Australian made products. This product does have fragrance added which I’ve realised is not natural fragrance so it could be irritating to baby Even though the product is a gentle wash and shampoo for delicate skin I still find that any artificial fragrance is irritating so whilst baby is young I would prefer a either fragrance or a natural fragrance.
