Directions

I really am a fan of pumps as they are so easy to use and work really well. The product was well labelled as I could see the product very clearly and the brand name. It's great how it was dermatologist tested. The picture of the blue elephant was very cute. It was a great size as well at 400mL. What I really liked about the product was you could use it for babies hair and skin. You don't need to use separate products. It had a really nice scent. It was a nice clear colour. It worked on babies skin really well. The skin looked very cleansed and it was so soft on the skin. It didn't cause any tears as well. I would recommend this product.

This is a reliable body and shampoo - it smells great, easily accessible at many supermarkets and pharmacies (often on sale as well) and does a great job at cleaning my baby but also leaving their skin soft and nourished. I apply a dollop in a face washer cloth and it lathers up nicely for the whole body. Also great for those with sensitive and eczema prone skin. A bathroom staple for baby in my household.

It is soft and gentle on the skin 2. It smells lovely (but not overpowering) 3. Dermatologist-approved for sensitive skin/eczema 4. Has the right amount of suds when washing body and hair 5. Is a shampoo as well as a body wash so it's convenient 6. Value for money (often products that are suitable for eczema are quite expensive) I highly recommend this product and even use it on my toddler too!

It’s smooth on the skin and leaves my babies skin soft and silky. It creates small bubbles in the bath if using as a bubble bath or glides on skin if using directly. It doesn’t have an over powering smell like other brands, but just enough to make your baby smell delicious, I can still smell it on her the following morning. I’m really glad I tried this product as I love it a lot. It’s a very reasonable price for what it is.

I tears which is incredible - trying to get my children to wash their hair without tears can be a struggle but this passed the test with flying colours, would be regularly for my family and needs to be a stable in your shower or bath as well

I am happy with this shampoo because it is very good for my son. I like to test different products to see how they suit my son, and this brand is compatible with my son's skin. Even though he has a red neck from folds due to drooling when he was 4 months, the shampoo does not worsen the eczema. It has a reasonable price, a convenient size and a pump that makes it easier for me to wash my son. He also likes the bottle because of the picture on it. I would recommend this brand in term of price, product quality and design.

It has a lovely gentle fragrance, and the liquid has a nice viscosity to it, bubbling up well on my little one's skin. His hair is left soft, clean and fragrant after washing with it too. My little one also loves pointing out and talking about the picture of a baby elephant splashing in the bath on the front of the pack - bonus! I hadn't used this bodywash in the past, so am impressed with its texture, effectiveness and lovely fragrance. Great work, Cetaphil!

My daughter has sensitive and reacted to other products in her baths (other products were supposed to be good for sensitive skin). She didn't have any reaction to the Cetaphil Baby Gentle Wash & Shampoo!! The smell was nice, and it wad very effective in cleaning her hair and skin. The pump was effective and the liquid came out easily. Consistency of the liquid was also good - not too watery and not too thick. Overall a great product and would highly recommend it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product will purchase in future [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as a part of a trial team to review and I must say I’ve used it the last couple of days on my youngest who suffers with eczema and i have found that it has helped his skin i don’t tend to use products that I haven’t used before but this will be our new baby wash to purchase for him. It bubbles a little bit which he enjoys as a near 9 month old and it is gentle on the skin and hair I would rate a 9/10. I have really tested the product as I have stated my child suffers with eczema and was having a flare up at the time I started using it and with his cream and this wash it has settled sooner then normal I have found

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gentle scent and wash [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cetaohil baby gentle wash and shampoo is really lovely to use, it can be used alone or as part of their complete baby range of washes and care. It goes on very silky and having gotten it in my own eyes can confirm doesn’t burn like many other do. This would be great for baby’s and the whole family. The moisturising blend leaves the hair and skin lovely and smooth afterwards. It also has a very lovely subtle scent that doesn’t linger after rinsing so great for sensitive people. It’s also dermatologically tested so you can rest knowing that the chances of reaction are low. If you do have skin concerns though, patch testing is always the best way to go just to be sure as all skins are different.

I found this to be a very pleasant and mild smell and this has helped to create that calm atmosphere during baby bathing times. I feel comfortable in knowing this will not irritate my little ones eyes or skin and infact has left my baby soft and moisturised for those extra sweet cuddles. I am happy to recommend this product as I am for the majority of the cetaphil line. The pricing is also affordable and worth it in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially bought this while pregnant in a sale to get a free baby box full of products to try as a first time mum. Since then I have received samples of it and recently just attended the bounty baby awards marketplace event which was amazing! My husband & I were very pleased to received these full sized products as we do currently use them on our baby and will continue to do so as we love the smell of this on our baby. Everyone comments on the smell or our baby and it’s usually this in conjunction with the other products such as the lotion and massage oil. I would definitely recommend this to everyone to try. I am glad I got to try out this product from cetaphil.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid performer [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the smell of this baby wash and shampoo, I've come to associate it with my baby from using similar Cetaphil Baby products since baby was just a few months old. I'm actually not sure if I used this exact product before but I was happy to receive a bottle to trial from the Bounty Marketplace event and we have been happily using if for bath time every night since then. It does have a fragrance but I like it so that's fine for us. It makes reasonable (but not long lasting) bubbles in the bath for a non bubble bath specific product (we avoid regular "bubble bath" products because they get irritating on our sensitive skin, and are happy when a few squirts of our regular wash can make some bubbles instead). Hasn't caused any irritation to little one's skin and doesn't leave any soapy residue that's hard to wash off. When there's an eczema flare we tend to stop using any soaps or washes based on GP advice but for everyday use on intact skin this is good. Overall a solid performer like most Cetaphil baby, happy to continue to use.

My newborn babys skin and hair is so soft after each use, the product doesn't irritate his skin, and it smells absolutely phenomenal! I'm excited to continue using this product as my baby grows. Another benefit for me is that the soap lathers but doesn't have huge soap bubbles and it rinses with no residue whatsoever. I would highly recommend trying this wash - its gentle but does a great job cleaning the skin without having to scrub at delicate areas. Absolutely love it!

We have been using the Cetaphil gentle wash and shampoo for about 1 week old and have been using it for almost 5 years. Still love it and recommend it to everyone to try on their babies.

I’m a big fan of the fragrance which is subtle but pleasant and calming for babies. The shampoo suds up a little when applied to the hair. When added to the bath water it doesn’t create many bubbles but if applied to a face washer it does. Gentle on the skin and leaves skin feeling soft and smelling nice. I like that it is soap-free as well so it doesn’t dry our baby’s skin.

It is so gentle on bub’s skin, dry spots slowly disappeared along due to this wash and moisturising. We still use this wash now on bub who is 2 yo. Smells amazing too.
