General Information

Enjoy a sun-soaked day the Bondi Sands way with our Daily Moisturising Face SPF 50+ Sunscreen Lotion. Providing UVA & UVB protection, our water resistant formula is gentle, fast absorbing and dries to an invisible finish. Formulated to deliver up to 72 hours of hydration, with added aloe vera and vitamin E to leave your skin feeling deeply moisturised. Can be worn alone or under make up.
Paraben free. Sulphate free. Reef friendly.

Common Uses

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Homosalate 10.00% W/W, Octocrylene 8.00% W/W, Octyl Salicylate 5.00% W/W, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane 3.00% W/W. Preservatives: Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl Alcohol.

Directions

Step 1. Shake well before use.
Step 2. Apply liberally and evenly to all unprotected areas 15 to 20 minutes before exposure to the sun.
Step 3. Reapply frequently especially after swimming, exercise and towel drying.

I decided to try their face product and it doesnt disappoint. I find alot of sunscreen products for my face are too greasy. This product is not greasy and stays on for a good length of time. It might cost a little more this brand, but for me, it works, is worth it. The smell of the cream once on your skinis nice as well.

My skin used to be so dry and flaky before I started using this, It is so moisturising for my dry skin, especially great for the winter as it gets dehydrated easily. I would say it might come off as greasy if you have oily skin but has worked amazingly for me

I have tried tons of the high end and low end faves with limited success. Finally I came accross this innocuous gem. It's beautiful and glowy on the skin. Fragrance free and gentle on my sensitive skin, No stinging of the eyes, it's moisturising without being heavy and absolutely no white cast - I have brown skin- and can attest to this.

However, as an oily skin i just can't like it its way too greasy on my skin even in winter. It kinda works well as a makeup primer, but even then it still gets too greasy for oily skin.

This doesn't burn my eyes or sting my skin, one of my favorite everyday sunscreens, as I use a lot of sunscreen ( i work outside) I like that it's very affordable, moisturizing and with high sun protection. Not the best for under makeup because it is quite greasy, not the best for humid climates either

However, beware if you have really oily skin as despite being initially being lightweight - my face did get really greasy throughout the day! Considering that, I'm not sure how this would wear under makeup?

In the morning I don’t have a spare 30 minutes to wait while I cool down after a shower before I apply sunscreen. I’ve switched to the cancer council invisible moisturising sunscreen which doesn’t make me sweat and still gives me SPF 50 protection

I bought this sunscreen due to all the rave reviews on tiktok. first of all, the price point is really impressive and i like that it makes sunscreen accessible to many people. however, i may have an unpopular opinion on this. for me personally, its too greasy and feels too heavy for daily use. i use a fair amount of sunscreen daily so that could be partially why. however, i really prefer the other bondi sands lotion facial sunscreen, as its so much more lightweight and comfortable, and i use the same amount of that one. i personally would only use this at the beach but i can understand why others like it!
