Sébium Gel Moussant gently cleanses and purifies the skin without drying. Purifying ingredients cleanse the epidermis, reduces the number of blemishes, and limits sebum secretion in an ultra-gentle, soap-free formula to respects the skin's balance. Formulated at a skin-friendly pH of 5.5, the physiological pH is maintained.

Directions

Apply Sébium Gel Moussant on damp skin. Lather, then rinse thoroughly. Gently pat the skin to dry. For daily use, morning and/or night. Can be used as a makeup remover and shaving gel.

I would love if the face wash felt like it gave more of a scrub. Maybe if I changed the way of applying it that would help. The moisture felt a little light at times but that may be necessary to combat the oiliness of the skin.

Gel left my skin feeling clean fresh and hydrated, found scent overpowering and masculine like men’s deodorant. Moisturiser didn’t make my skin feel oily, felt smooth and clean, scent again a little overpowering. Would prefer no scent at all. Products worked very well, would recommend and buy them as high quality and they deliver on what they say

While it cleans gently, it's great at removing ALL make up! The moisturiser is fabulous. Quickly absorbs and gives a lovely satin feel, forming a wonderful base under make-up.

I have used this cleanser to remove make up and just clean my face at the end of the day. A huge 500ml bottlewith a pump action lid. Makes it easy to dispense the cleanser. The clear bottle is great for seeing how much cleanser you have left. A very clean scent, nothing pretty or nice about the smell of the cleanser.

It foams up on the skin and can need a second cleanse if using on a full face of makeup. In regards to being used on oily to combination skin, I haven't noticed any difference in my oilyness or lack there of, however it hasn't encouraged my already oily skin to over produce oils. The consistency of the product is a thick gel like formula that foams nicely with gentle massaging. The packaging is sufficient for the formula however I can see it becoming more annoying with the pump when the product starts to get low. Overall it is a very lovely product and I enjoy using it but I am unsure if it is benefiting my skin as some other cleansers are. Would I repurchase? I am unsure. Perhaps if there was a very good sale on.

It's keeps me clean without any dryness or tightness and the bottle is really convenient with the pump. i find one and a half pumps is enough to get a nice foamy clean. I haven't seen a huge improvement in regards to blackheads but i haven't had any major breakouts either.

I received a sample in a subscription box and hesitated on using it, as I thought it would only really be suited to oily, teenaged skin But I've found it controls spots without drying. It make my skin feel fresh and clean, and I particularly liked the foaming texture. I think it would also remove makeup quite well Spots are quickly treated, feeling smoother and looking less red by morning.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Normal cleanser Having tried the Effaclar Foaming Gel from La Roche Posay, before using the Bioderma Sebium I can definitely tell a big difference. I chose both products as I was looking for a cleanser which was gentle on my skin and didn't cause me my breakouts . I found the Bioderma Sebium cleanser to be very basic. It doesn't prevent me from breakouts however it does the job of cleaning my skin and it has a pleasant smell like cucumber, very soft. I also found that I used the bottle very quickly. Definitely keeping the Effaclar Gel from La Roche Posay!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A basic cleanser After trying a sample size of the Bioderma Sebium Cleansing Gel, I have come to the conclusion that this is a basic cleanser and nothing more. Firstly, I wouldn't recommend this unless you have SERIOUSLY oily skin. It strips the skin. You can feel it as it leaves you with that 'squeaky clean' feel, which I know some people like, but this is ultimately not a good sign as it's stripping away natural oils/sebum and flora from your skin. This product really doesn't have any beneficial ingredients in it either, so whilst it does what it's supposed to: 'cleanses' the skin, it really does nothing more. There are many better options for cleansers out there at the same price point on the market so therefore I cannot recommend this product.

It smells very artificial, kind of like chlorine, perhaps it's the colour that's reminding me of it but it certainly doesn't help. Otherwise it cleanses the skin well and does its job but sadly I don't think I'll be grabbing myself a full size one any time soon.
