Kativa Straightening Without Iron With Technology NICTECH.

At-home no-iron straightening treatment. Free of formaldehyde and guanidine, thanks to the mechanism of its exclusive technology NICTECH (No-Iron hair Control Technology), it straightens hair fast and with a professional result, for about 4 weeks.

It is formula enriched with Keratin, leaving the hair visibly straight, smooth and looking natural.

Directions

1. Divide recently washed and shampooed, unconditioned, completely dry and untangled hair into 2 parts. Using the plastic gloves, apply the Straightening Mask (A) lock by lock to one part, leaving 1-2cm from the root. Distribute the mask evenly and continue with the other part until the hair is covered completely.

2. Leave the product on for 15 minutes. After, with a thin comb, only remove the excess mask to make the drying process easier.

3. Use a hairdryer at its highest temperature with a concentrator nozzle and a flat brush to dry the hair in a downward direction, lock by lock, and straighten until it is completely dry and straight. Important: A better drying session guarantees an optimal outcome.

4. Wash hair with the Post-Straightening SHampoo (B) 2 to 3 times, to remove the mask residue completely. Rinse with water and apply the Post-Straightening Conditioner (C). Leave it on for 3 minutes and rinse.

5. Dry hair naturally or with a hair dryer. Do not forget this product has a memory effect which is activated with the hairdryer, allowing a better straightening result.

USAGE ADVICE

1. This product may cause a variation of colour in colour-treated hair. It is recommended to do the straightening treatment prior to the next colour treatment.

2. In case you dye your hair after, remove all of the mask residue with the shampoo and do not use the conditioner. The colour treatment process can be affected if the hair is not properly and thoroughly washed in order to remove any straightening mask residue.

3. Do not apply the mask on the scalp.

I followed every single instruction and my hair still looks the same. After washing, it smells like rotten eggs. The smell is so strong my colleague who sits 2 feet away from me commented on it. I almost wanted to cry at work!! It has already been 2 weeks and I have washed it at least 5 times (with and without shampoo). Nothing helps. The smell is so pungent and disgusting. I can't wait for this nightmare to be over, but I don't know how to fix this.

The more you try and wash it away, the more it activates the offensive smell. I wake up in the night and all I smell is the smell. It's all over my pillow, it's on my towels after washing it over and over. It just won't leave. Worst product. Extremely disappointed but like I said, you get what you pay for!!! Will never buy again!!

Poor results initially but hair looked much better the next day. Washed hair after a couple of days and hair curler than before! Waited a couple more days and washed again and now it has a terrible smell (kind of like a headlice treatment) that I am finding difficult to get rid of. Would not recommend. Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not recommend I would not recommend this product. followed instructions to the letter .wash hair with shampoo in pack do not use conditioner then dry hair, my hair was so tangled it hurt to brush knots out then put the straightening stuff in wait 20min then dry hair with hair dryer again lots and lots of knots after about 10min of combing out the knots and not getting anywhere I gave up and washed it all out. I would not use it again.

I bought this, followed details straightened hair eith dryer to 95% dry. They looked very straight but after shampoo my hair got wavy again It just reduced my hair volume by 15% thats all. Don't recommend and will not repurchase this kit.
