Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

*2x daily (every 12 hours) brushing with 4 weeks continued use.
**Fight tartar, cavities and bad breath based on bacterial plaque reduction vs. non-antibacterial fluoride toothpaste with 3 months continued use.

This has a super strong menthol taste and leaves my mouth feeling super clean, like I've used mouthwash. The whitening keeps off the everyday tea/coffee/food stains. Nice and foamy and has all the important dental protection qualities. I would definitely reach for this again!

Many others leave a gritty mouth feel after use, this one had none. Left my mouth and teeth feeling clean and smooth. Fresh tasting without the burn. Would purchase this as my regular toothpaste, no question about it.

It keeps my teeth feeling exceptionally clean, my gums healthy and my break fresh throughout the day. Definitely a product I’d recommend.
