Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

*2x daily (every 12 hours) brushing with 4 weeks continued use.
**Fight tartar, cavities and bad breath based on bacterial plaque reduction vs. non-antibacterial fluoride toothpaste with 3 months continued use.

I felt it whitened my teeth by at least 2-3 shades after few weeks of usage. Its lid is difficult to close as the tube is a but soft. Otherwise great toothpaste. Definitely recommend.

I have also noticed the staining in my teeth has reduced while I have been using this toothpaste. I was disappointed to discover I can't buy it yet!! The one that makes your mouth feel super clean and fresh. After using it for a week, I can start to see some changes in whitening. I’m sure after the recommended 6 weeks that would be more obvious. It lathers up nicely when brushing and is nice and smooth. The packaging is attractive, but I find that it is hard to tell this product apart from other toothpastes in the range. I can’t comment on the antibacterial properties this products boasts boasts and to be honest isn’t really why I would choose this over another product. Overall, would definitely recommend this product if you like a minty toothpaste that makes your mouth feel fresh and clean.

The paste itself is a nice texture and a sweet minty flavour. After about 7 days of use twice a day I did notice that my teeth appeared a little whiter, especially my canines which have always been a little more yellow than my other teeth. Would recommend and will keep using.
