I just need to feel it when in use and not feel it when the job is done and this meets the brief. It's thick enough that it doesn't disintegrate or come apart whilst in use but soft enough that it doesn't cause redness or chafing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lovely soft paper, but does tear [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge fan of Kleenex and do love the extra cushioning of 3 layer toilet paper, but I was surprised how easily it would tear and split. The last thing you want when wiping your bum is for the paper to tear but I did find this paper did quite often. The texture and softness can not be beat, hands down, but I also felt like I was going through a roll much quicker than an average 2ply role. It started to feel like it would be rather costly long term to use this paper ongoing. We went through 4 rolls in a family of 4 within 7 days. We currently use bamboo toilet paper and only use 2-3 rolls in that time. I am also concerned for the environmental factors of using this product. Overall can't fault it, it does what it's meant to, but I am not sure I will continue to seek out using this product. I do appreciate the opportunity to try before I had to buy however. Try for yourself and see it might be the right toilet paper for you!!

It’s not the softest toilet paper in the world, BUT you really do only need 3-4 squares at a time as opposed to needing so many squares of the cheaper brands, which stretches the time you get between having to change rolls. A convenience I’ll take!

Whenever I buy kleenex paper my fingers pierces through, I think it’s just too soft! If you don’t run into that issue then I’m sure you’ll like the paper, super soft and absorbent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The paper is wound very loosely onto the roll, clearly to give the impression of being more than it actually is (absolute shrinkflation with this product). Tiny rolls that don't last long. It's absorbent BUT this said, when wiping a runny-ish pooh it seeps through the paper, and no one wants their own faecal matter on their fingers. It's stretchy and very similar to the textured paper tpwels on the market. Honestly it'd be better if it were two or three ply.

If we were to purchase this product, I would want the rolls to be much bigger. Also the cardboard tube goes all slimey if it gets remotely wet (I.e. you wash your hands and they are still damp and you pick it up to put in bin then you’re covered in weird gluey stuff. The usage of product itself, it did clean well but not enough to say i needed to use less.

But overall the product felt rough and not soft enough. It was also rather thin compared to what we are used to using.

However, I find the paper to be a bit on the weaker side and because of that, you need to layer it up more than you normally would. Hence, you would end up using and spending more on the product. So I prefer my usual brand. However, I did notice that the Kleenex paper has become a little stronger than it was several years or so ago when I last tired it. So it is improving. Just need a tiny bit more strength!

When you tear a piece it also drops lots of “fluff” everywhere. I think this toilet paper is definitely for those with a sensitive toosh, or when you want to feel fancy, but for everyday it’s not value for money for my growing family.

No better than many other toilet tissues though. Better than the current generic that is used in our household. Definitely wouldn't buy because it is too expensive for what it was. Plenty of other cheaper options available that seem the same.
