While I wasn't happy with the colour I chose I would definitely go and find the exact colour for my skin. It's light weight and quick and easy to apply which is what you want if you don't have time or like me can't be bothered and want something that quick and easy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great everyday foundation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the foundation to be quite light-weight but has a good amount of coverage and it is buildable - especially given that it is so light-weight. I am not sure if it has improved my skin's texture and may need to use it a little longer in order to gauge this. It isn't a very moisturising foundation so I found that if I hadn't put my moisturiser on just before I put on the foundation, it was hard to blend into my skin. In fact, I had to mix it with a little moisturiser sometimes especially over this cooler period where my skin is a little dryer than usual. Overall, I liked the foundation, I found it didn't give me any breakouts like some other foundations do. I think this may be due to the light formula. I found it to be a great everyday foundation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really good foundation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] L’Oréal Paris True Match foundation is a really good foundation that 1. blends in easily 2. covers imperfection 3. is easy to apply 4.can be built in layers without giving the caked on look 5. love the fact that is suit my indian skin tone as there are not many foundations on the market that caters for indian skin tone 6. is affordable 7 is easily accessible what i dont like though is that the effects dont last very long and need to be reapplied frequently. it rubs off in the mask that i have to wear at work. i prefer to wear long lasting foundation as i am too lazy or dont have enough time to reapply foundation throughout the day. if L'Oreal could come up with a longer lasting version of this one, i think it would tick all the boxes

Mainly because it felt heavy on my skin & I could feel it all day. L’Oréal True Match is different. It’s light weight, breathable and looks fresh. You can build it up for more coverage if you need but it does seem to wear off a little throughout the day. As far as foundations go I can’t really fault it. So if you like a foundation where your natural beauty shines through give this a go.

As this does not have the strong SPF factor that I would use for the Australian sun, i wouldn't use this as a daily foundation. I like the foundation bottles that come with the dispenser nozzle so thatyou can control the amount you wish you use. It also comes with a snug fitting cap to avoid any accidental pumps. I found it was easy to build the coverage that i wanted and used a very small amount to get the feel/look of roughly of BB cream but can build upon to get a more deeper coverage. I liked the sheer glow that it gave and with the addition of Hyaluronic Acid, i feel like it didn't make my skin feel or look saggy or 'heavy' when i've used other foundations. Great product!

The foundation itself was super light weight and blended easily but of course then it did not give a lot of coverage. My main area of concern were dark under eyes but I used a concealer instead for that area.

If you had a lot of blemishes on your skin this would be perfect for you. If you like to wear thick foundation, there are a lot of colours you will be able to find a good match for your skin tone - especially if your skin runs more pink, yellow or brown in tone there are tonnes of shades that would be good for you. If you want a foundation that covers everything, this is ideal. Probably avoid it if you usually wear a light weight foundation. The coverage is very thick.

I normally use cosmetics from David Jones/Myer/Mecca and have not used supermarket brands for a long time but found this to be lovely in my skin. It doesn't last as long as some of my other foundations and I would have to change the shade I ordered (too pink) however it looked very natural, made my skin feel lovely and I received compliments every time I wore it. I plan to purchase this in 'Porcelain' and wear for light coverage on days when I am not at work.

I personally don't like a heavy cakey foundation. It's very natural and has a smooth, blendable finish. It's non-drying but also helped with oil absorption. There is enough coverage as well to hide the pores and small imperfections! I like that it comes in a bottle pump for a no mess applications.
