General Information

Children's upper arm bedwetting alarm for ages 5+. When the child wets the bed, a moisture-sensitive alarm will sound and/or vibrate helping the child to recognise and respond to the sensation of a full bladder while asleep.

• DO NOT use the product on a child without a night shirt or pyjama top.
This is important to avoid strangulation risk.

Directions

Please read the full Instructions for Use provided with the product prior to using.

Using the Bedwetting Alarm
1. Select which Mode you wish to use via the mode switch.
2. Attach the product to the child's upper arm. Insert the plastic hook into the small loop of the arm band. Adjust the tightness to ensure it fits snugly, but comfortably (not too tight).
3. Attach the sensor clip cord to the alarm connector by lining up the connection pin plastic tabs with the connector grooves and inserting the connection pin. Then turn the connection pin clockwise until it is tightly secured (i.e. you cannot pull the two cords apart).
4. Pass the cord under the child's pyjama top to avoid strangulation risk.
5. Open the sensor clip via the lever and attach it to the child's underwear/ pyjama pants (where urine is most likely). Ensure the sensor clip is closed firmly on the fabric and that the cord does not hinder the child's movement.
6. At the first sign of moisture, the alarm will sound and/or vibrate to wake the child. The LED indicator will flash blue.
7. As soon as the child wakes up (they may need assistance from you) turn off the alarm and unclip it from the child's underwear (you can teach the child to do this themselves). They should then go to the toilet and finish emptying their bladder.
8. Immediately clean and dry the product (to avoid corrosion of the sensor clip) as per Cleaning instructions and re-attach it to a clean dry pair of underwear or pyjama pants.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Storage
• Clean the product as per Cleaning instructions.
• Turn the product to the OFF Mode and leave the sensor clip in the open position when not in use.
• Keep the product and its components out of reach of children when not in use.
• Store in a safe cool dry place.

Went to return the cord to manufacturer when the second cord (that came with it) failed also. Dont think the product is fit for purpose and requested refund from Chemist Warehouse - no reply via email. Waste of time and money for us :(

The second lead went off several times when not wet (it was during one of these times that it broke while I was removing the clip. In both cases the cords just came out of the clip. No response to my email through the website.

But the product that I received from Chemist Warehouse couldn't work for a whole night. The battery couldn't held up and died in the middle of the night even though I've recharged it fully before using as instructed. Returned it back to Chemist Warehouse 25 days ago through AusPost and the tracking notified it was delivered but haven't heard from Chemist Warehouse since then.

My 5 year old can't turn it off as the off position is off center, i even struggle to turn it off. The clip on the undies is way to bulky and makes it uncomfortable especially for where your meant to clip it, the arm band constantly comes undone eventhough you follow the instructions. Do not buy this product. Save your money
