General Information

Children's upper arm bedwetting alarm for ages 5+. When the child wets the bed, a moisture-sensitive alarm will sound and/or vibrate helping the child to recognise and respond to the sensation of a full bladder while asleep.

• DO NOT use the product on a child without a night shirt or pyjama top.
This is important to avoid strangulation risk.

Directions

Please read the full Instructions for Use provided with the product prior to using.

Using the Bedwetting Alarm
1. Select which Mode you wish to use via the mode switch.
2. Attach the product to the child's upper arm. Insert the plastic hook into the small loop of the arm band. Adjust the tightness to ensure it fits snugly, but comfortably (not too tight).
3. Attach the sensor clip cord to the alarm connector by lining up the connection pin plastic tabs with the connector grooves and inserting the connection pin. Then turn the connection pin clockwise until it is tightly secured (i.e. you cannot pull the two cords apart).
4. Pass the cord under the child's pyjama top to avoid strangulation risk.
5. Open the sensor clip via the lever and attach it to the child's underwear/ pyjama pants (where urine is most likely). Ensure the sensor clip is closed firmly on the fabric and that the cord does not hinder the child's movement.
6. At the first sign of moisture, the alarm will sound and/or vibrate to wake the child. The LED indicator will flash blue.
7. As soon as the child wakes up (they may need assistance from you) turn off the alarm and unclip it from the child's underwear (you can teach the child to do this themselves). They should then go to the toilet and finish emptying their bladder.
8. Immediately clean and dry the product (to avoid corrosion of the sensor clip) as per Cleaning instructions and re-attach it to a clean dry pair of underwear or pyjama pants.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Storage
• Clean the product as per Cleaning instructions.
• Turn the product to the OFF Mode and leave the sensor clip in the open position when not in use.
• Keep the product and its components out of reach of children when not in use.
• Store in a safe cool dry place.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Worth a try Great product idea, however the cord does pull/come off when the child tosses or rolls in their sleep which then doesn’t prompt them to wake up. Saying that it does inbed them that they do need to wake up and go to the toilet with a down side the kids dont sleep as well and mine wasn’t getting a good sleep as she was always worried she would wee.

I purchased this to help my 7 year old who had gone from being dry to starting to wet again. Whilst everything performs as advertised, the clip which holds the sensor in place is too difficult for my 7 year old to manage, so if it does go off we still end up having to help unclip it, and then clip it back up at the end, which is not the end of the world, just annoying.

Unfortunately so far it only wakes him up enough to flick the switch off but not get out of bed to go to the toilet or call one of us. Great option to have on vibrate only or an alarm. Fits good around his upper arm with a good grip on the sensor. Had our room been closer to his and wake us up too, we could help more. But it does what it is designed to do. Great value

My one complaint is the clip is very stiff so my boy still can’t put it on and off by himself. Hopefully only a few more weeks though and he’ll be dry by himself!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bed alarm I’ve had a couple of these devices. This last one that I brought seems to have a few issues with it. A crackling sound from the speaker I presume. Takes a while to charge 10+ hours and can get warm to touch at times. Others I’ve had worked fine though

I only gave it a 2 star because it does actually work and wake my son up but the quality is questionable as with in 2 weeks it has stopped working. I have to wiggle the cable where it comes out of the unit to make a connection and as soon as I let it go the connection is lost. Don’t know if warranty will be honoured as we have lost the receipt.

Within 2 weeks of normal use, one of the cords had broken which interrupted our success. I submitted an online enquiry to chemist warehouse about replacement and I have received no response.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for all children It does what it supposed to, which is alert the user when they're wet. We used this for a whole 2 months and had issues. The problem we had was 2 fold. 1 - once an alert was triggered, liquid seeped into the device, rendering it useless until completely dry. There were many nights were we couldn't switch it back on, so we abandoned it. 2 - my son is a heavy sleeper, the alarm was more for us, than him. We'd waking him up, but its too late by this point.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works well but could be better designed. The alarm works well in the sense that it has a nice loud annoying buzzer which will wake up the whole house. I like the vibrate only feature which is also loud enough to hear in another room. It is however very sensitive and will go off when the child is not wetting themselves. Two pairs of underwear helps with the sensitivity. The worst part of this the clip it is hard to attach, often slips off (causing the alarm to go off) and means that my child is unable to attach the bed wetting alarm to her own underwear. The band is also very loose.

The alarm sensor is fine, triggers the alarm every time when he wets his underwear but the alarm can not wake him up. With my help my son can wake up afterwards but the bed is wet already.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great at first but cheaply made This alarm worked really well for the first week or 2 however it then became super sensitive and would alarm within 10 minutes of my child going to sleep despite no moisture being present. I tried the spare cord and it had the same issue within a week. The wires on 1 cord have already popped out within 3 weeks of use. For the $80 spent, this alarm was great in theory and for the first week but now causing too many issues to continue use so I feel my money is wasted.

It's a shame because it actually was doing the trick for my son. I have returned it to Chemist Warehouse and when I get my money back, will be investing in a much better quality one from somewhere else.

Don’t waste your money. No reply from chemist warehouse to my email about the faulty product. Very disappointing
