Rated 4 out of 5 by boston_and_bub from Heavenly Scent! I’ve recently become a big fan of Nivea and the quality of their products and this one was no exception. I was immediately impressed at both the appeal of the packaging and the simplicity. It’s such a pretty product and the scent lives up to this! I don’t wear perfume as I get headaches from strong scents but this moisturiser had the most subtle but heavenly scent, which really hung around leaving a nice smell all day long. I liked the texture of the product being a mix between a cream and oil, it was very nourishing and seemed to sink easily into my skin. I definetly wouldn’t say the product was greasy, the only thing I did find is even a few hours later my skin had the slightest ‘sticky’ feeling, however really this was minimal. This would be my only critique as other then that I loved the product and felt it was great for my skin and did live up to its claims of providing 24 hour moisture. I would purchase again and recommend to others, just an all-round great moisturiser.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jazlovestoskate from Very moisturising Niveas new oil in lotion is a lovely product. In a 400ml bottle its a generouse size that will last many applications. The formular is very light and moisturising, after applying it to the skin you dont even notice its there apart from a very, very slight greasy feel but not greasy in that its slippery or sticky, just that you can tell there is a product on your skin. The Cherry Blossom and Jojoba Oil scent is very beautiful and light, like a very subtle perfume and it lingers for a while afterwards. My skin felt very soft and supple for a few hours after applying. I liked the addition of jojoba oil to the lotion as it leaves your skin feeling extra soft and smooth, more so than a regular lotion would. the pump bottle is decen though im not a huge fan of its design. I would recommend it for those wanting a more moisturing lotion than the one they have now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jessica__k57 from First time Nivea user I was lucky enough to be able to trail the Cherry Blossom + Jojoba oil Lotion as part of the Beauty Heaven trail team. I have never used Nivea before being a super market brand - However since the add of Jojoba Oil to the product this drew my attention and I was really interested in giving this a go! The Bottle is easy to use, the smell is incredible and its a light weight cream. I have used daily and have found it very hydrating and the oil works wonders! The only reason I gave this product a 4 star reveiw is because I found on warmer days after application that it did become slightly sticky on my skin even after 1hr of it drying. In saying this I think it would be a better product in the cooler weather, in the summer heat the sticky feeling I had would be rather uncomfortable.

The bottle has a solid pump that does not break easy, which I admire. the 400ml bottle feels nice and solid, which is good when you have kids. The fragrance is too strong for me, slightly to the overpowering side. I think the word delicate might be a contradiction, but once I apply and massage it into my skin, it is slightly better. The smell does linger, but there is no residue or feeling of greasiness once the lotion absorbs into the skin. I find that it works really well for my normal skin, while my kid's dry skin does have some improvement after, she needs more application. I do like the feeling after, and I can see the difference after a few days, when my legs are not as scaly. Overall, I think it is a good store brand that everyone can afford to smell pretty and look smooth and well finished

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jessie Cook from lovely scented body lotion A really fast absorbing body lotion that has a light texture, and it still hydrates the skin, without feeling oily or greasy, a really pretty scent, but it's not too over powering and it doesn't linger too long either. It's just a gentle light floral scent when you first apply the lotion. it is a fresh scent, and not heavy, very spring like and girly. I love the size of the bottle, as it will last me ages, and the fact that it has a pump dispenser on it as well makes it easier to apply. It's a little thing that you can do for yourself that isn't expensive but it feels luxury! and the packaging is nice as well. The formula is rich but absorbs well and after a few uses my skin is noticing the difference already as I always have really dry skin. Makes me look forward to using it!

I have always been a fan of Nivea body and face products and it was no doubt that this lotion would be one of my favorite. Upon first application, i could smell a strong fragrant floral scent that resembled very much like The Body Shop cherry blossom fragrance (if you have tried it) and I love it. The scent does linger on me for a few hours, and after that my skin is left feeling supple and hydrated. It is a great pump which makes the product a lot easier to dispense and a few pumps is enough to apply for the whole body. It is extremely hydrating and can be easily absorbed into the skin, so i find that it is best works right after a hot steamy shower when the pores are ll opened. It leaves my body very smooth and I noticed a small patch of flaky skin disappeared right when i used it. This worked really well on me and did not gave me any breakouts at all, despite being this moisturising. I would definitely purchase this when this body runs out.

I was keen to try this lotion out, as I seldom pop anything on my skin after a shower because of the fear of lotions being too greasy! The texture of the lotion is light, and is easily absorbed straight into the skin, Even if you forget to pop it on after a shower. My skin just drank it in. The moisturiser lasts for hours, I touch my skin half way during the day and it still feels smooth and not dry. I would say it is a perfect lotion for after sun or even just before bedtime. The jojoba oil feels super nourishing and doesn't leave a greasy feel at all. The smell at first was quite overpowering, as it is a perfume not derived from natural oils. But I didn't mind it in the end, as it dissapated quite quickly leaving the a slight scent on the skin, and wasn't too strong. The subtle lingering scent is actually quite relaxing. The bottle is has the distinct Nivea branding with a purplish blue colour and stands with a pump. .It dispenses a 10c piece which is enough to cover one limb.. I can see this 400ml bottle going a long way! It is a family friendly lotion, that I find my preteen daughter also trying it out for herself.

The Nivea Body Oil-Infused Lotion (Cherry Blossom & Jojoba Oil) had a very strong scent that lingered after the moisturiser was applied. The consistency was also something that I hadn't come across before - it was more of a liquid-moisturiser, rather than thick. I also think that the oil infusion made the moisturiser greasy, and not soak in quickly. I applied it on my legs, and was still waiting 5 minutes later with the moisturiser still on the surface of the skin. The pump container was effective at dispensing the moisturiser, and was easy to store away.

Rated 3 out of 5 by wink from Interesting concept but doesn’t excel I recently received a sample of this moisturiser and I was super excited to try it out. My skin usually tolerates Nivea products and I love using jojoba oil. It’s a light weight moisturiser, that absorbs quickly without leaving you skin feeling oily or heavy. You could definitely get dressed straight after application without feeling tacky. Unfortunately I found it didn’t provide enough moisture and or coverage (I.e I had to use a lot of product to get adequate coverage/moisture). However at its RRP one could argue that you could use more product and it would still be good value. The scent is floral and non offensive but defiantly there.. If you’re sensitive to scents I’d give it a miss. However, it did not make my skin react in anyway, which somewhat surprised me due to scent level.

Rated 3 out of 5 by kaaayte from Easily absorbed This comes in a 400ml pump bottle with picture if cherry blossom. The texture is lightweight and not heavy which i loved. However, it wasn't amazing at nourishing my skin. I did not love the heavily fragranced scent that lingered. As a breastfeeding mum, j would not recommend this as my baby wasn't too fond of it so i only applied it to my legs. There are so many moisturizers out there available at pharmacies and chemists - this did not stand out at all. I recommend this to those who like heavily scented products but would not recommend this to those who would still like to smell their perfume and don't want it overpowered by theit body moisturiser The stand up pump bottle is practical and easy to use, it is easy to dipense too much accidently so i did half a pump for each area and then used more as required

We always used Nivea products at home when I was young, so was particularly excited to be a part of this trial team and see how the brand has developed. The packaging design isn't anything special, but the pump bottle is a nice size and works well. The product is $9.99 for 400 ml, and can be picked up in the usual places. In stark contrast to the thick white creams that I've used previously, this product was really thin and lightweight. Although it can be a little trickier to dispense, I found this allowed the product to be spread much easier and absorbed much quicker. One pump per leg was perfect for me. The scent is nice, but very strong! If you're not in to strongly scented products, then this probably isn't the one for you. I found the scent would clash with my perfume, so found myself only using this product after my shower at night. All in all, it is a nice moisturiser that has both pros and cons. It isn't a must have product for me, but I think it is nice to have, especially for those hot summer nights when you don't want to slather a thick cream over your skin.

I found that the packaging resembled more of a shower gel than a body lotion so I would probably not purchase or look at in a store. Maybe a bold lettering outlining what the product is would help. I used this straight after my shower and it sink into my skin nicely. After about 20 minutes when my skin has cooled down it was every oily and uncomfortable. The smell was amazing though and was really strong compared to other body oils I’ve used in the past. My skin felt soft in the beginning stages but not long term. I probably wouldn’t purchase this product on the future. I’m not a fan of body oils in general and this has emphasised this. Would be great for someone who works outdoors or elderly who has dry type skin though.

I've always got a few things that I'm trying and this month the Nivea oil infused body lotion caught my eye. I tend to get really dry skin from working in air conditioning every day and so this is a nightly routine of mine. I think what drew me to try this one was the Jojoba oil, it somehow makes it sounds more nourishing and I found this to be true. The lotion has a really nice consistency, it spreads out easily and I found I didn't need to use a lot. It also soaked in quite quickly which is a huge plus for me as I hate body lotions that leave me feeling sticky. I found my skin to feel and look more hydrated as the weeks went on and so I know I'm on to a good thing. The packaging gets a big thumbs up from me! The bottle is a very generous size and it has a pump, there is nothing worse than having to scrape into a tub. Lastly I wanted to touch on the scent, although it's mild I think the cherry blossom scent is unnecessary. Original Nivea scent is beautiful and if this came in an original scent I would definitely repurchase.

I used it daily after a shower, sometimes twice daily (morning and night) and applied it to my entire body. Due to the name "oil infused lotion" I expected a somewhat oily feel to the lotion as it spread and absorbed but it felt entirely normal like a regular lotion, very thin and light to apply. I actually wish it was a bit thicker and creamier, or more of an oil. I didn't mind the smell, it wasn't overpowering but I prefer something fresher and fruitier. This was a bit of a more mature ladies scent. The performance of the product was good, I am pregnant and still prefer palmers products to slather on my bump but this lotion definitely helped to keep my skin hydrated all day, and my skin can be quite dry. It didn't assist in smoothing out the keratosis pilaris (bumpy skin) on my upper arms although the only moisturiser to do this has been one with AHAs/BHAs in it. Overall this didn't wow me and I really wanted to love this more than I did. In my opinion it was a pretty average lotion.

Rated 3 out of 5 by acain90 from Does what it's suppose to do Once again, Nivea have employed the stylish packaging one might often find in somebody's grandparent's place - they really need to review their design choices, unless of course the intention is to target that age group specifically, in which case, change nothing. Aesthetic design flaws aside, its a reasonably sized, easy to use pump bottle (though I'm also inclined to suggest they consider more sustainable packaging than single use plastic bottles). I did give a brief chuckle over their choice wording on the back label "precious jojoba oil carefully blended" as if it is in limited supply and must be handled very delicately. Then it professes to to turn dry skin "radiant". Still awaiting radiance personally... I found the most interesting phrase to be "skin compatibility dermalogically approved", so.. Its compatible with skin, thats been approved. Basically garble to make it sound like ifs safe for all skin types - is my personal interpretation of that phrasing. Then there's this golden advice on "how to get the best caring results?" Interesting question that. The answer is even better "Apply this body lotion daily to your whole body"... They might need to make it a larger bottle, from head to toe, just lather on up. Now, the particulars, the fragrance - Cherry Blossom, a fragrance my Nana would likely approve of, can't say its something I would generally reach for off the shelf. The scent isn't overwhelming but its certainly noticeable. While it is quite floral I don't know about its relation to cherry blossom specifically. Once the product has absorbed I can't say I've noticed the scent at all. I found applying around a 20c piece (probably a little much) to my hands alone did leave them feeling a littlw slippery - though I wouldn't have referred to it as greasy in any way. The product itself is quite light, definitely not thick at all. It glides on the skin quite pleasantly. A few hours after application and my skin certainly feels smooth and still quite moisturised. I am prone to dry skin during certain periods, and this hasn't alleviated that by any means but little does. Overall it absorbs much better than many moisturiser's I have tried over the years, it smells nice enough, is quite light and with the right amount shouldn't linger on the skin (at least not for too long anyway)

Rated 3 out of 5 by MoniqueKerstin from An Everday moisturiser On first impressions I really liked the packaging of the Nivea oil infused Lotion as the pink imagery really stood out on the classic Nivea blue packaging. The pump on the bottle is an absolute winner and the generous 400ml makes this product great value for money. When I dispensed the product it looked like a light weight moisturiser, definitely not a thick white cream at all. The floral scent is quite nice, but very strong- so I would avoid if you are not a fan of heavily scented products. I noticed even after washing my hands with soap multiple times the scent still lingered, so I wouldn’t wear this moisturiser during the day as it would clash with my typically deep non floral perfumes. When applying the lotion I noticed two pumps was more than enough to cover each leg, and I switched to only one pump as a little goes a long way! The product is quick to dry like it states and does not leave an oily residue despite being an oil based product. That being said, I personally prefer to use a slightly heavier lotion to moisturise, although I do think this product is still good for those hot summer nights when you want to feel fresh and light.

The bottle size is 400ml so quite generous and anything with a pump dispenser will get automatic brownie points from me. If you're used to the traditional scent of Nivea products (the blue tin), this is completely different. The scent is cherry blossom however if your'e not into scented products, this one probably isn't for you. It is heavily scented and very floral and because of this, my husband hasn't been using it when previously we would have one which would suit us both. On the plus side, because it's a lotion it is very light weight and application is easy, smooth and a little goes a long way. Whilst the word 'oil' is in the name, there is nothing oily about it and once it goes on the skin, it is quickly absorbed and my skin feels smooth. It is for normal to dry skin which fits my type and I have no complaints about the moisturising ability of the product. Due to the scent, I'm not sure if I'll buy it again to be honest as I'm more partial to more lightly scented products (maybe this is because I can smell it on my hands after applying it) or those which are more neutral. It however may be a good alternative for those who want fragrance without the need to put on perfume.

I did really like it but gave it only 3 stars- The packing is definitely value for money and it’s easy to use as I much prefer a pump moisteriser then a tub that I have to keep putting my fingers into. The scent is gorgeous and makes me feel like I smell very fresh and lightly scented, the floral undertones are not flk strong or overpowering (I prefer tones of vanilla, caramel, coconut, Shea butter- rich tones but not usually floral). While the product does hydrate, I have used moisturizers that left my skin feeling better for longer. I have no real skin concerns but the obvious going into winter my legs get super dry. Sydney has had a cold snap bur I feel like this moisteriser did nothing new. It does absorb quickly, smell divine, do it’s job and will probably last for ages bur I am not wowed

Rated 3 out of 5 by Snailor from Not moisturising enough for my dry skin. I was super excited to try this body lotion as I'm always on the look-out for affordable body lotions for my super dry skin. The fact that this lotion has jojoba oil definitely piqued my interest, as it one of the oils that my skin really likes! I applied this lotion straight after showering, while my skin was clean of natural oils. Immediately I was a bit taken aback by the scent - it is a very intense artificial cherry blossom scent that lasts at least a few hours on the skin. For that reason I would not wear this during the daytime as it would interfere with my perfume. It is really easy to apply as it is a super thin lotion, and easily and quickly absorbs into the skin. While I like the oil premise of the lotion, unfortunately it is not enough for my dry skin. After an hour my skin has soaked up all the lotion, making my skin feel dry again. By the time morning comes around, my body skin feels dehydrated. Unfortunately this lotion is just not enough hydration for me!

Really like the purple colour of the bottle, looks sitting on bathroom counter top. The lotion itself is more on runnier side to my current moisturiser, it's more like a gel type. Once applied onto to skin it absorbed pretty quick, leaving my skin feel soft and not greasy. The fragrance is what I really enjoyed of this moisturiser it's very subtle and not overwhelming. Unfortunately everytime I used this it made my skin itchy and I also started getting acne on my back. I also felt this a light moisturiser and I prefer a deep moisturiser for my dry skin.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Scray Scray from Not a fan So this was a bit of a weird one. I guess I'm just a fan of classic moisturizers. Thicker, buttery kinds. This very much is not. It is an extremely light weight body moisturiser. It pumps out of the bottle (kudos for the pump though) quite thinly. It spreads quickly and thinly over the skin. It doesn't take too long to settle into the skin, but on me it feels odd. Almost silicone-like. Like a primer meant for your face but on your body? Granted after it dries it doesn't feel very greasy, but it also doesn't feel like it's done much at all. Running my hands over my skin I can't be sure where I applied the product maybe 10 minutes after doing it. I can't see this having any long lasting effect. I am unsure of where the 'oil' from the name comes into play. And then there's the smell. It reminds me very much of sunscreen, but with an unpleasant addition of generic floral which is a shame. It would be nice to see Nivea break the mold and make a moisturiser that smells delicious, perhaps in line with the light moisturiser theme something fresh like cucumber/watermelon? Just a thought. Anyway, this one was not for me.

I really loved the pump bottle it came in... I loved that it was a great size and could easily fit on my bathroom counter... It would be a great size for travelling it you are able to screw the pump back into the bottle... It wouldn't leak... The moment I opened my parcel the smell nearly killed me... It was so strong and made me sneeze and my eyes water... The consistency of the moisturiser reminded my of shower gel... Really transparent and runny... I tend to have drier skin than most... I really didn't like the feel of it on my skin... It felt funny, like not sticky, but sort of like that... My skin didn't feel softer or nicer afterwards... I did end up washing it off because the smell seemed to linger for ages too... Really not one for me as the smell was way too much, but I'm grateful for the opportunity to find this out...
