Then maintaining an active exercise campaign post diet (run 5kms one day and 30mins weight training the other) and of course limiting carb intake, I've managed to maintain my ketones to >4mmol/L each day for the past 1.5 weeks. All during the current COVID-19 lockdown period, which in itself is an achievement! Belly fat has shrunk and overall weight loss of about 2.5kgs off 78kg. Anecdotally, I believe these 2 tablets in the morning (which by the way, taste like cardboard) are also helping because it seems to make me feel full late into the afternoon.

This product gives me a much needed energy boost every day and makes me feel energised and productive. I'm not sure how well it works weight-loss wise as I am only just beginning a strict intermittent fasting and keto diet regiment. Regardless, it's how this product makes me feel that keeps me coming back. No more tired and sluggish feeling every morning. I love that it's vegan friendly too. I have not experienced any adverse side effects, that I've noticed at least. It's a great addition to my daily routine and I hope to see some results re: weight loss soon.
