Directions

How To Use:Using a bronzing brush, dust the bronzing powder where the sun naturally hits the face - the cheeks, bridge of the nose, chin and forehead. Build it up until the desired depth of 'tan' is achieved. For a sculpted look, contour the face by applying the bronzer into the hollows of the cheeks and under the jawline.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from The L'Oréal Paris Back to Bronze Matte Bronzer is a amazing bronzer when trying to achieve a natural sun kissed look.  This bronzer is quite pigmented so it is ideal to tap it off a bit before applying it and a light hand is definitely needed.  It however only comes in one shade which I think is disappointing as it excludes a significant amount of people from using it.  This bronzer is also a little on the pricey side for a drug store product however it's still a bargain when compared to high end brands.  I would recommend this to anyone on a budget that wants to achieve a natural sun kissed look.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really enjoyed this bronzer. It is a really nice colour and doesn't look orange on my light skin. It has a nice natural matte finish with no glitter through it. On first application it adds a light wash of colour but it builds up really nicely and blends well.

But created a nice sun kissed look and was not patchy at all, there was a very faint scent of coconuts not as strong as the blush smell. \nI would buy again but maybe in a different shade as it did not suit my skin that well.\n

It was definitely a nice little surprise making it perfect for touch ups on the go. I really love the bronzer colour and I think it would suit a lot of skin tones. The only downfall for me is it didn't seem to have staying power. I wore it for a few hours but when I looked in the mirror when I got home I couldn't really see it on anymore.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The back to bronze bronzer is a cute like compact equiped with a mirror and brush (I did find the brush a little to hard so I used a nice fluffy brush instead) I loved the fact it was matte, as these days it’s quite hard to find one without any shimmer. The product felt light on the skin, it gave my skin a beautiful sunkissed feel (without looking like I’ve been dipped in a bag or Doritos) it blended nicely and was very buildable depending on the desired look you were wanting to achieve

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was a bit scared by how dark this product was, however, it applied well and blended perfectly. The product is buildable so start lightly if you have the same concerns. It worked great for subtle daytime contouring and if added to would create the perfect night time look. I didn't use this as a traditional bronzer, but think this will be great in summer, not only on the face, but on shoulders and collarbones as well to add dimension with a highlighter.

The matte format of the product allowed for a more natural look, in comparison to some of the glitter based bronzers out their in the market. The product was also build-able and allowed for a more structured contoured look. I would recommend this bronzer for make-up lovers that love versatile makeup products.

The bronzer is smooth the particals are very fine and it's goes on smooth and stays all day. The packaging in includes a flat brush and mirror in the bottom half of the compact. I didn't find the useful to apply the bronzer, it would be good for a quick touch up if you needed. The inclusion of the mirror and brush doubles the size of the product, it would have been better to not include them and make the packaging smaller. This is a great product and will be part of my routine.

However the packaging is gorgeous, it’s easy to apply and the matte look was a good change and it doesn’t come across as orange.

It is so hard to find a nice bronzer that isn’t borderline orange/chunky glitter/dirt resembling/too shiny but this bronzer is perfect! \n\nPerfect mix of matte and shimmer, easily buildable and blendable, super natural looking. The little brush that comes with it is also surprisingly soft although I prefer a bigger fluffy brush with bronzer as it’s definitely easier to apply and blend in. \n\nOnly downer is how small the dish is, I’ll go through it in no time! Will definitely buy again though\n

While it is plastic it is sturdy & strong as well as being a perfect size for travelling.\nThere's a pretty design on the bronzer too making it nice to look at. \n\nThe bronzer only comes in one shade & is a soft matte bronzer.  It has no glitter or shimmer. I prefer this as it is good to set down on the face & it looks better on my normally combination skin. \nThe bronzer is more warm toned & I really liked the fact that it doesn't end up looking orange or fake on my skin- the matte & the warm tone look more natural on my light skin.\nThis bronzer is super buildable. With a brush I am also able to slowly build up the texture & tone on my skin gradually untill I'm happy with my desired look. Great for winter and summer as well as day looks.  I only need a few light strokes to achieve a glow. While it is matte it still gives a nice luminous finish.  It works great on my cheeks, nose & forehead, blending in well. No streaks. \nThe result is always soft & smooth while not accentuating texture or highlight imperfections. It blends in well to the skin & lasts all day.\nThis bronzer is lovely and if your looking for a matte warm toned bronzer it's for you. I don't like the brush it comes with or the price - bit much but it's a very nice gentle bronzer that works. \n

Over the years, I have found that many of the cheaper bronzers are advertised as being matte but still have a bit of shimmer to them which I hate as I use it to contour and in turn create depth, and shimmery products obviously don't produce the same effect. The formula is creamy but with a subtle pigment which is great to build with and perfect for those "no makeup" look days where you don't want to look done up. I love that the packaging comes with a cute little mirror and brush, even though I found the brush didn't blend out well (I would personally use the brush to contour the side of the nose). Overall I really liked this bronzer and would recommend it those who after a true matte bronzer.

This product comes in a compact with a mirror and brush, which looks lovely, though I feel can be a little bulky. The product is a gorgeous buttery, smooth formula. It is quite pigmented so I found using a light hand and building up the wanted colour is better. I use a fluffy brush and found it picked up plenty of product. The colour itself is a warm tone, so may be a little dark for some skin tones or for those who need a cool toned product.\nOverall I will definitely be continuing to use this bronzer as it look wonderful on my skin.\n

It is such a beautiful shade and creates a lovely peachy glow. Not only this, but it is easy to apply and build up to enhance any make up look. The brush it comes with allows for easy application and the packaging including the blush brush makes this product compact for travelling - very convenient!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like this product because it's definitely buildable so that you don't end up looking muddy and also it's matte which is more appropriate in the cooler months when you don't exactly want to be looking too shimmery. It provides subtle shade and dimension to the face. Docking a star because I definitely wouldn't use the brush it came with- way too stiff and small, and also because my packaging is defective and the pan is basically falling out of the container so everytime I use it I have to be extremely careful that the product doesn't fall out of its' casing.

It blends nicely on top of powder, especially with the Life’s a Peach blush. It’s not too pigmented which is actually a good thing, you can apply a small amount for a subtle everyday look or apply more for a more sculpted bronze look. \n

I love the packaging and the addition of the little mirror and brush - although I wont use them, its always nice to have because it makes the product feel that little bit more luxe.

I liked the undertone to this bronzer, it is definitely on the warmer side but does not come across orange.

I have very light, yellow undertoned skin and works really nice. Its a soft texture and blends well with a light hand. The price is a little high for me- but there is always sale time.

The bronzer is a beautiful matte which is a great change, and it’s so easy to build into a contour. Surprisingly this blended so easily it almost melted into the skin and stayed put all day.\nThe bronzer comes with a little brush and mirror underneath, perfect for touch ups during the day or adding more for nighttime. For me the best thing was it didn’t irritate my sensitive skin.\n

The packaging is beautiful and love the fact that it has a built in mirror. I don't care much for the little application brush. The colour can also be built up and on lighter days I just use this as an all over including blush.

It felt natural on my skin without creating any rash like I sometimes have experienced with other bronzers. The tone of this matte bronzer is another win - I cannot stand an orange look and there is no chance of this bronzer making my skin look orange.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I’ve never really used bronzers when I do my own makeup, only if I’ve had my makeup done for a special event as I’m not overly confident using them.\n\nThe product does look quite dark when you open it so I tried to only use a small amount in case. I was really impressed with the sun kissed glow this bronzer gives you and you really don’t have to use a lot so it will last. \n\nI also trialed it as an eyeshadow and it worked extremely well for another great look.\n

As a bronzer only a light hand was needed when applying and it gave an all over warm glow to my my complexion.  My skin is light so sometimes bronzers can turn out quite orange on my skin but I found this one did not do that at all. When using as a contour I just used a bit more product and layered it wherever I was contouring and it gave a great shadow effect . Smells devine too . Did not emphasize any of my texture or pores - massive plus right there. Handy in size and you only need the 1 compact to do multiple things so great for traveling or touch ups on the go. Would recommend this product as it really is versatile and great value for money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I received the Back to a Bronze matte bronzer In Sunkiss 02 shade and at first I thought it may be too dark for my skin tone but I was pleasantly surprised as it worked perfectly on the hollows of my cheeks and under my jawline as it really did help in contouring my features. The powder is really easily blendable and perfect when using with the other L’Oréal products. I love the Matt finish as it stops that shiny look some bronzers leave you with.
