Rated 3 out of 5 by from Classic but lack of flavors variety Opened a pack of Snakes Alive, there are three different colors: red, yellow and purple. Red snakes are my favorite, because you can clearly taste the berry flavor, it’s not overly sweet and the texture is chewy but not sticking to your teeth. Yellow will be my next favorite, it tasted like pineapple flavor to me, while it is not as flavorful as red snake, it is still enjoyable. Purple snake came last, at the first 5 secs upon chewing the lolly, I can hardly tell what flavors it is, it is not until later on I can taste some sort of fruity taste, it is not distinctly different from the other 2 colors. To be honest, I would like it more if Allen’s can put one to two more flavors like green apple and orange flavor into the snakes. 3 colors/flavors in a Snakes Alice packed simply getting unexciting. However I do like the current sweetness level for this pack. It’s not overly sweet that you want to stop having it after just 2-3 pieces.
