That’s why it’s been rated a 3. Only 1 banana in the pack which I was very disappointed about. I’ve noticed that my favourites are scattered across two different types of party mix now as well. I don’t want to purchase two bags to get what I like.

They should the good old race cars back not just the greens please. And my mum said there should be more then one black cat sinces on the pack it says it a plural “black Cats”. And you could add the red and green frog!

Frogs are so small and not alot of flavour. I did find that they feel slightly greasy & leave a residue inside the bag. Quite disappointed in these classic lollies from my childhood.

The bananas were stale leaving a crusty coating with a mushy centre , peach & cream had a hint of peach flavour with a fatty rather the creamy flavour and the same with the milk bottles . On a positive, the black cats were a delicious treat along with the jelly babies and mini frogs . I feel the packet was missing variety and lacked flavour. Allen’s lollies need improvement to match the price point in my opinion. There is a vegan option called plantitude lollies sold alongside Allen’s in supermarkets and they are a cheaper alternative yet pack a punch in flavour. So yes , up your game Allen’s , maintain your reputation and make it worth the price . 6 out of ten!

I had to read the packet to see if they had been removed, even though the biggest feature on the front of the bag is a banana, nope it should have included bananas. I enjoyed the strawberries and cream and other varieties but the only reason I usually buy the party mix is for the bananas.

Not a great mix of lollies, including only 1 of the ones that everyone loves ie milk bottles, strawberry creams etc. Too many bananas and black lollies. Change in lolly flavour to what we used to love- tastes too artificial and too sugary with new recipe. Would opt for natural confectionary over Allen’s currently.
