I purchased it to try and I am finding it is good... My hair is very thick and it has trouble literally to absorb aything that goes on it, or in it, but I have found with this item that I am not having any trouble, and my hair is starting to get a gloss of its own... I have not changed my diet, so it would have to be the items that are in the creme. I do not use it every day, but every other day when I am having a shower. It is the first item I use once I have wet my hair, and I leave it rubbed through all of my hair whilst I am showering, and then wash it off before I come out. this way I believe it is doing my skin, hair, skin follicles etc. some good, so yes I will continue to use.
