Directions

Connecting your Smart Vaporiser to the Hydrone/ iAroma App
1. Download the Hydrone or iAroma app. Check your box/ instructional brochure to determine which app is compatible with your vaporiser.
2. Connect the AC adaptor
3. Remove tank and unit cover
4. Add water and your desired Oil Garden pure essential oil
5. Replace tank and unit cover
6. Connect the AX adaptor to a power outlet
7. Press power on and pair with Bluetooth or use control buttons on the unit
Using your Smart Vaporiser
1. Place on a flat surface.
2. Remove cover from the base. Fill with water to the max line. Add up to 6 drops of your desired Oil Garden Pure Essential Oil.
3. Connect the AC adapter to the household power outlet.
4. Power on. Power button located on the back of the unit next to the AC outlet.
5. Press the Mist button to start vaporising.
6. Press the Light button to select desired light setting.
7. To stop vaporising, press the Mist button twice, alternatively, the unit will automatically switch off once the water has depleted after 3 hours of use.

I bought it for the additional features of using my smart phone to control it and having a speaker to play music. Unfortunately despite installing, uninstalling, reinstalling the app on my iPhone, it just won't work. I can operate the device from my android work phone but of course that doesn't have any of my music loaded. Oh well. Also I find the buttons on the front of the device difficult to use and for some reason the timer lights (30 mins, 60 mins, etc) don't light up unless I use the app (they don't work when I turn the unit on manually from the front.). All in all I could have spent probably half the purchase amount for a basic vaporiser as I am essentially unable to use the features that made this vaporiser special.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's....Ok I brought this about a month ago to put in my daughters room as she had a head cold but I found it didn't humidify at all but the biggest let down was the oil doesn't last as long as the water so when you get up in the morning, the machine is still running but has hardly no smell to it. The app also crashes quite often which can be annoying. The machine is pretty quite though and my kids love choosing what colour light they want for the night.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great features if the app worked I bought this 2 years ago now and have tried on many occasions to get the app working as it's handy to switch it off without going into my toddlers room to disturb her. But now theirs a new app that doesn't connect to my diffuser at all. Considering how much it is for the app to crash all the time is a pain.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rubbish I got this thinking that, based on the price, it would be a great unit to have in my baby’s room, as I wanted something that was high quality. The worst thing about this is that it says ‘power on’ incredibly loud, so if I need to turn it on in the middle of the night, say if my baby has a blocked nose, it wakes her up. It then makes a really loud noise when it connects to my phone. I can hardly use it without connecting it to my phone, as all the touch buttons on the unit work only every now and then, the steam button mostly doesn’t. Sometimes the app connects, sometimes it doesn’t, It’s just a really poorly designed and executed piece of equipment and I really really regret my purchase. The only redeeming feature is that when I can get the steam on, it works really well and can be filled to a point where it will stay on the whole night and has a safety shut off when empty

I have only started using it the last month, and it was great! Just what I had wanted. Until it wasn't. I can get it to turn on, sometimes the lights come on others not. It will still connect to bluetooth, but the app to control it does not work, and from what I can tell it can't be controlled manually. It says it has connected but I click on any of the links and it just does not respond. So now I cannot use most of the features. Very disappointing considering the price, and I bought 2 others for 2 of my friends also having babies!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great colours Great colours, goes all night take up to 350ml of water, it’s quite loud when you turn power on a lady voice tells you it’s on (they need to get rid of that) baby jumps every time. When you place adapter into its power slot it sparks so I’ll be bringing this back. Don’t think I trust this brand if it sparks every time you plug it in.

It claims to be whisper quiet, but it has a loud-ish whirring noise when the diffuser is on. Now it's started making a loud mechanical noise, which sounds like it's becoming (more) faulty - not even a year old! When I first used it, I tried to follow the hopeless user manual, but it was pretty much indecipherable. The first couple of nights, it was hardly diffusing, with little or no vapour leaving the machine. Took a long google search and contacting Oil Garden to find out that a) you can't fill it to the maximum (so why have the maximum indicated - design fault) and b) you can only use room temperature water. Put that in the instructions! Also, very inconsistent touch control panel which often doesn't register your touch and you have to turn it off and on again. Very annoying...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great features I have had this unit for a couple of months but only just started using it. I find if I put it on full mist, it leaks out the bottom. If I put it on minimum it still leaks but a lot less. If I fill the unit with water and let it sit it doesn’t leak at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible app and product leaks For anyone thinking of purchasing this please read these reviews - I am incredibly disappointed in the quality of this product. It has leaked all over the furniture and stained it, no matter what I do it continues to leak which isn't ideal for an electrical appliance! The app is terrible, great concept but needs a LOT of development, the music will only link to apple music and doesn't allow you to select a playlist so unless you exclusively have relaxing white noise on your apple music it is pointless. The light function also randomly turns into a disco in my babies room - really helpful for sleeping! The oils are brilliant and I uses them in other products but this one unfortunatly was a total waste of money.

I tried downloading the app iAroma on my phone s9, which it didn't even open and than on my tablet, which it opened however it is saying connecting and the wheel is just spinning around. Now I have a device that I can't operate with the app. Very disappointing.

The company that make it don't even list it on their product page, as the product is so faulty and they have had so many returned. Also you can't even get the App that controls it online Anywhere, so no lights or music either. And it barely puts out any steam, its useless. No better than a paper weight lol. And Chemist Warehouse knows all this and Does not Care.

The mist doesn’t come out, sometimes it comes out but it’s extremely faint which is pointless. Such an expensive humidifier even after thousands of bad reviews saying the exact same issues. So frustrating

The app does not work, it keeps crashing when I go to open it. Do not recommend this product at all, very disappointing as having the speaker, bluetooth functionality, diffuser and alarm all in one is such a good idea and what I purchased it for. It sounds like many people are having the same issue.

Very vague, and has no use for one of the parts and no explanation. I filled the water below the max line and it still sprays and spits water everywhere rather than creating steam. The music element only plays from my phone not the device. Hugely disappointed with this product.

With this app this device doesn't work. I don't what to do. Did buy this 3 years ago, can't even ask for warranty. Don't buy this because now you have to use the new apps which is really awful.

There lots of the new one, i given this a bad review because i am surprise they still selling it despite so many bad review. I need few diffuser, so i bought one for bedroom, living area, working room & common area. I even got 1 for work-desk at work. Introduced it to my boss and she loved it. I LIKE all their essential oil, but really - don't buy this diffuser. The wifi thing doesn't work, even the button on the diffuser not working. Doesnt start and very hard to start... it mean to be simple and easy... surprise it sell so expensive and not work! Terrible (got 1 of this) --> Smart Vaporiser & Humidifier Average (got 2 of these)--> Baby Cloud Vaporiser Very Good (got 1 of this) --> 3-IN-1 Ultrasonic Diffuser Very Good (got 2 of these) --> Hazelnut Driftwood Diffuser

This has been an expensive nightmare, I am on my 3rd, I’m so disappointed in it, I wish I had of refunded it when I had the issues early on. I can’t get it to start from the diffuser, I can’t get it to stop from the diffuser. I am put off this brand as my smaller one also has issues. I would suggest looking around before purchasing to save money and heartache!
