I love them when going out and about all day and at night in winter when the bladder/kidneys are sensitive to the cold or just when catching a flight. They hold the most liquid, are comfortable and in summer sweat the least in them. Buying 5 at a time from Chemist Warehouse also saves me money. You only pay for 4.
