General Information

Contains Turmeric, to assist in the relief of mild joint soreness associated with mild arthritis and mild osteoarthritis

Contains Turmeric, to help relieve symptoms of mild osteoarthritis such as mild joint pain, swelling and inflammation.

Contains Vitamin C, to support the development and maintenance of cartilage.

Features
Turmeric is a spice with natural antioxidant properties known to reduce free radical damage to body cells, and also helps relieve mild osteoarthritic and mild arthritic symptoms such as mild joint pain and inflammation.

A friend of mine recommended turmeric for pain relief and I am glad I bought this! My joints feel definitely less stiff and sore and I can feel the difference when I am being a bit lazy with taking them (daily). FYI, this is not an instant fix and it works better when taken with fish oil.

It took at least two weeks before I felt a difference and now I am not being disturbed during my sleep any more due to the pain that used to wake me constantly.
