Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gelee Milk Cleanser with Hyaluronic Acid effectively cleanses, removes waterproof makeup and boosts skin's hydration with no rinsing.

Dermatologically tested, Hydro Boost Gelee Milk Cleanser with Barriercare technology will melt onto your skin to effectively wipe away dirt, oil and make up without disrupting the skin barrier. Directions

In Australia they sell it as Gelee mulk which has exactly same ingredients. Its very gentle withoutany alcohols and fragrance made perfectly for damaged skin barrier and sensitive skin.

After using it for a week I found my skin to have moderate improvement in hydration levels. The cleanser is very light on my skin and felt really nice to use. I used it to remove my makeup with a double cleanse and it was fantastic and removing all residue. Will definitely buy this product in the future.

I know that on the product it says that you can rinse after applying it. however, the product is specifically designed so that no rinsing is needed.
