After changing my diet and using subscribed medication, my Crohn's is now in remission and I don’t use any medication. However, I occasionally feel bloated and uncomfortable. The Probiotics + has drastically minimised the occurrence of bloating, but I’m still trying to find a balance when using them and the fibre rich foods I consume. The bloating has reduced but I have a slight increase in gas.
