Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Flavour Going on Very Low Calorie Diets can be trying but Optifast VLCD Chai shake has made it bareable for me. The flavour is great. Full of spice, and when I dilute it by adding half a cup of water, it is the right level of sweetness for me. I actually feel like I am getting a treat even though I am on diet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pleasantly surprised I bought this flavour as an alternative to the usual strawberry, choc ,vanilla fare. I wasn't expecting great things given that it was a diet aid, but the flavour was a pleasant surprise. Use a bullet mixer or similar to get the best out of it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not too bad I brought the chai flavour of optifast as I love chai lattes, they taste ok. Not a flavour that I have everyday but I would buy them again. Overall the optifast has been working great. I have lost 6kg in four weeks and my husband has lost 14.6kg!!!
