Was pleasantly surprised by Chai flavour but thought what the heck and purchased it. So glad that I did . It has a delightful flavour . Well worth trying Wish they also put it in the bigger box size though . I alternate flavours and I am actually losing weight. I also have one meal during the day and add extra water to the shakes. I find all the shakes quite filling .

Opti fast is a great meal replacement, Chai is one of our favorites when it tastes good you don't feel you are missing out on normal foods. It makes sticking to a diet that much easier. Having been on the program for 4 week both my teenage son and i have lost 10 kg each.

I usually add a little protein powder if hungry and needed for a meal replacement, as this keeps me feeling full for longer and stops a growling stomach. Item certainly works for weight loss though as on a 2 wk trek of 3 per day I can lose 10kg-14kg - handy for those quick weight gain moments...
