FIRST AID INFORMATION

If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting. Avoid giving milk or oils. For advice, contact the Poisons Information Centre (Australia 13 11 26, New Zealand 0800 764 766) or a doctor at once. Urgent hospital treatment is likely to be needed.

Directions

For relief of nasal congestion: Rub a thick layer onto chest or throat at night and/or morning.
Keep clothing loose to let the vapours rise to the nose and mouth.

For temporary relief of aches and pains: Rub gently on the affected parts of the skin
as often as necessary (usually 3 to 4 times daily).

It doesn't get really hot but has a deep soothing and pain relieving outcome.plus it comes in a small jar so you can just easily put it on your bag or pocket to take anywhere you go

The scent was perfect when I had my cold and out some on my feet for my cough and it worked so well. It also helped with my muscle pain in my back. It’s perfect for put in my work bag. The menthol in the ointment provides temporary relief when congested during cold and flu season. The menthol helps clear the nasal passage, making it easier to breathe. The Tiger Balm is a must needed product for winter. After using this while I had a cold, I will be recommending this product to family and friends to purchase and have on hand during winter. It really worked wonders and allowed for me to catch up on sleep she. It temporarily provided the much needed relief and allowed me to be breathe without the congested feeling. It can also be used for temporarily relief of aches and pains. It has great scent and it warms up the affected area. The packaging is unique and is colour coded for each product. They use bright colours with the packaging making it easy to stand out. I really like the effectiveness of the packaging and that it has been coloured coded making it easy to identify different products within the same range.

In this household Tiger Balm is an essential item. We love it how it soothes and relieves muscle aches and pains. And I liked how the white tiger balm is also effective in clearing the nose and helps in reducing inflammation and provides a cooling sensation.
