I found that within a week I was seeing the benefits of the product and I am going to keep using the product to ease my symptoms. If you are thinking about trying it I would say give it two weeks to see if it works for you and ensure you stick to it as directed. I feel it is a new way to ease the symptoms that is just as good if not better than what I was using previous. Give it a go and see for yourself.

Not one of them had ever made any difference what so ever. Meta Align is the first product I have used that has ever offered me any relief. While I still suffer symptoms daily they are nowhere near as bad as they usually are. I have tried Meta Align for 4 weeks now and am very happy. I will be very interested in seeing what happens once I've taken it for a couple of months.
