Directions

1. Wash: apply daily to a wet face. Rinse thoroughly with water.
2. Scrub: apply daily, massaging product in circular motions, concentrating
on the T-Zone (forehead, nose & chin). Rinse off with water.
3. Mask: apply to face 2-3 times per week. Allow to dry for 5 minutes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Despite being hesitant at first (I’ve used a similar charcoal anti-blackhead face scrub in a different brand that I didn’t love), I was pleasantly surprised with this Garnier product. PROS - I Love that this is a 3-in-one - I tried all 3 and I’ll continue using this as a face mask once a week, love the way it easily applies to my skin, my skin felt amazing & fresh after each use and overtime my pores were noticeably reduced! CONS - slight tingling during use (I have slight sensitive skin to certain products) and slightly messy to wash off. I will definitely be purchasing again and keeping as part of my skin routine.

Though i wouldn't recommend this mask to people with more sensitive skin as i had a lot of redness from this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I use this as a mask about 4 times a week. It doesn't dry out my combination skin and leaves it feeling tight and clean. I use it mostly in my T-zone and chin, however haven't really seen any reduction in blackheads on my nose. The smell is very strong and artificial, which is important to note if you are a sensitive person, however personally I like it. It can get very messy and especially as a mask, does take quite a bit of effort to rinse off however at this stage it also serves a dual purpose as a scrub! Not sure if I would repurchase though as I prefer products where I can see a visible reduction in blackheads.

It makes my face feel super clean and fresh without stinging or feeling tight after use. As a mask, I think I prefer more of a creamy / thick texture. But as a 3 in 1, I think it's excellent! Definitely taking with me on weekends away or holidays.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from i mostly used this as a scrub on some summer/sweaty acne i get on the top of my back and neck. it worked great for the first week or so of use, but then my skin got used to the product and it stopped working so effectively. its very liquidy so make sure your skin isn't too damp otherwise it will flick everywhere in your shower. the smell wasn't horrible but not great either. did not try as a mask. i'll keep using it!

I have oily/combination skin and it did a great job at cleansing!\nI didn't like the mask, bit too messy for me compared to other masks & I found it didnt set properly.\nI loved the concept of this though. Being able to cleanse, scrub and then mask. Or mask, scrub and cleanse. \nMy skin was smooth after use and not dried out. Not something I will rush out to buy frequently, But a great back up for travelling or when you run out of product!\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Loved this product! I used it as a daily cleanser as well as a mask and it felt extremely gentle on my skin. After washing it off, my skin did not dry out at all - it felt very smooth. Its a product that sits nicely between an exfoliator and an everyday cleanser as it wasn't too harsh on the skin - it was nice to use on the skin everyday however had enough beads in it to really exfoliate the skin as well! A really great cleanser that I'll definitely continue to use in the future!

I mostly used it as a wash because I would forget to have my face and hands dry before applying it as a scrub or mask, however. the mask and scrub were nice.   would definitely recommend\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Multitasker This is a really versatile product that can be used as either a scrub, mask or face wash. I really loved the smell which wasn't chemically or fake, and the packaging looked really good and made the product dispense very easily. the most obvious ingredient was the charcoal which gave the product a blackish colour which became a dark grey when applied to the face. it had a gritty gel-like consistency similar to other face scrub products with exfoliating beads. As a FACE WASH: I started off by using this as a face wash as the first step in my skin-care routine. it worked really well, both when i had removed my makeup beforehand and when i used this to both remove makeup and cleanse my skin. my skin felt very soft, smooth and refreshed afterwards and the ingredients were gentle enough that I could use this daily and apply the rest of my routine with no skin reaction. The only real downside to this product as a face wash was that it was quite messy to wash off due to the charcoal but it washed off my sink without staining. As a SCRUB: It was a bit tricky to pinpoint the effectiveness of this as a scrub because i found that even when i only intended to use it as a face wash, i was too tempted by the exfoliating beads and ended up using it as a scrub when washing my face anyway. Given that it can also be used daily as a scrub i found i combined the face wash and scrub together when using this, but the effect was the same;- smooth and soft skin that felt completely clean as a MASK: I really enjoyed using this product as a mask. i used it as a mask 2 times a week and found that it dried within 5-10 minutes and was very effective in drawing out any congestion of blackheads or blemishes that would then be cleared up in about a week with the use of this product as a face wash. it is really easy to apply an event amount of this product (focusing on the T-zone), and it dries quite hard before you wash it off. once washed off it leaves skin feeling less red, and deeply cleansed Short term usage= smooth skin, soft skin, reduced redness Long term usage= draws out congestion, fewer bl;blackheads, clearer looking skin

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice mask Similar to Garnier's other 3 in 1 wash, scrub and mask this intensive charcoal product is only good for 1 use. I like using this product as a charcoal mask as I feel like it really does draw out my impurities and leaves my skin very soft and clean. However using it as a wash and scrub I'm not really enjoying it. It feels kinda...sticky when I use it as a wash and scrub and is harder to wash off the skin. The smell is pretty average, not my favourite scent but also not bad. I guess it would be a cheaper alternative to The Body Shop charcoal mask. Like other Garner products it's definitely value for money as one tube will ask ages! It doesn't make me want to rush out for another tube but if it was on sale and I wanted a cheap mask to mix into my routine I might repurchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Garnier Charcoal 3-IN-1 After having used this product twice a day for over a week, I feel as if I have really given this a go. I have used it in all three ways specified; as a face wash, scrub and mask.<br />I must say that it shouldn't really classify as a scrub as the granules are extremely minute. To me, the wash and scrub are of the same purpose.<br />I was intrigued by the use of salicylic acid in the product as it is beneficial in removing bacteria from pores and I believe it is a stellar ingredient. The charcoal seems a tad gimmicky to me and I can't see much of a purpose to it other than the dark grey colour it gives. I have acne prone skin and throughout the week have had a few active breakouts to test this with. It clears up my skin to some degree, but not to the point where my skin is completely clear. I haven't noticed any improvement in my blackheads. It doesn't dry out my skin at all (even using as a mask) and maintains a comfortable moisture level after cleansing. It has a thick texture and smells strongly of chemicals almost Only con is how messy it is because of the dark charcoal colour. I try to use it mainly in the shower to mitigate any splotches of grey water on the table top I will continue to use this as it somewhat helps my skin, but not sure if I would necessarily repurchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smoothes and clears skin effectively This cleanser was a great product for my combination/ acne prone skin. The first time I used this cleanser i was surprised at how hydrated my skin still felt after I washed and dried my face. It is quite versatile depending on what skin concerns you want to use this product for, you can easily use it as an intensce scrub with more product and rubbing in circular motions while cleansing which definitely works to remove any dry skin or small blackheads. This product is additionally advertised as a mask and I found that when used as such, it provides a calming and cooling feeling to the skin and I saw a decrease in overall redness and congestion on my face afterwards. It was also thoroughly effective at keeping my face oil-free for an extended period of time. One aspect about this cleanser that i did not like was how messy it was, because the colour is a dark grey, it can be hard to remove all the residue from my face, as it tends to leave grey marks around the hairline and on the neck. Also if you have white countertops it makes cleaning up harder when in a rush. Personally, I tend to only use this product at night time to avoid going about my day with grey smudges in my hair or on my skin. Despite this, it works extremely well for those who have sensitive and acne prone skin to help reduce redness and prevent whiteheads and blackheads from forming.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from CLEANS, MESSY, TAKES OFF EVERYTHING, AFFORDABLE Although it is extremely messy! and only used when in the shower - I always feel so clean afterwards and do love the smell it has!<br />I loved how affordable it is and for the fact that it has multiple purposes. I use it mainly for a face wash each night but it can also be used as a mask and scrub as well!<br />My skin always feels clean after I use it and it is great at clearing out my pores.<br />The only upset I have toward this product is that it does make a bit of a mess in the bathroom and therefore that is why i can only use this product in the shower as the grey charcoal does come off easily with a water rinse.<br />This mask is way more effective than even some of the more expensive ones I have tested and I am happy that I can afford this product to use in three different ways whenever I feel like it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Amazing for oily and acne prone skin! First off a huge thank you to bh for letting me trial this product! Garniers intensive 3-in-1 has easy to use packing which is in a soft and squeezable tube. The scent of this 3-in-1 product smells fresh with a hint of men’s shaving cream which doesn’t bother me at all and is quite pleasant actually! The texture itself I found quite jelly like so a little goes a long way. I have been using this every night instead of my usual sensitive skin face wash and I am really happy with this product! I was worried at first that it might sting or burn my face but thankfully I haven’t had any reaction. While using this product I would apply and gently exfoliate and then leave on for about a minute or so at a time (as a quick face mask). It has been 4 nights now of use and I’ve only had 1 new pimple pop up which is amazing considering when I usually use a new face wash, exfoliant or face mask my skin will usually play up for a week or so of constant breakouts (sensitive skin) Over all my skin is looking so good! At lot of breakouts I had before using this have nearly cleared up and my skin is feeling much more softer and less oily! I will definitely be purchasing another when I run out of my current tube. This product being a wash, exfoliant and mask all in one saves a lot of time and money also!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great scrub What I like most about Garnier Pure Active Intensive Charcoal 3-in-1 is its function as a mask. I apply it to my face with a foundation brush (that I no longer use for foundation), and even coating of the thick black product all over, except my delicate eye area, it is too rough for that and not necessary. After a few minutes (usually while sitting on the couch watch some episode of trashy day-time TV), the magic starts to happen and I feel the tightness that I want from a mask. I find it very hard to resist raising my eyebrows and opening my mouth wide just to feel the "stretch", but I'll wait until I'm about to wash it off before I do that, to avoid it cracking and flaking. Once it is completely dry (and it's a commercial break), I rush to the batch room to scrub it off. It is a bit of an effort to get it all off washing my face in the sink, but I have found that it is no problem at all when I use it in the shower. My skin feels smoother and polished.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from An excellent exfoliator and mask to reduce breakouts and smooth skin Thank you Beauty Heaven and Garnier for letting me trial the Garnier Pure Active Intensive Charcoal 3-in-1 product. Overall impressions: This product is an excellent exfoliator for all skin types, and a great mask and cleanser for oily / acne-prone skin. Cost/packaging: The product is eye-catching with the blue and black packaging, and,at approximately $12, it is very affordable. How the product smelled: the Garnier Pure Active Intensive Charcoal 3-in-1 product has an initial strong smell of charcoal and chemicals which may put some users off, however I found that it wasn’t offensive at all. Furthermore, once it was on my skin the smell went away quite quickly. Thus if using it as a mask, the smell becomes unnoticeable after the initial application of the product on the skin. What it looked/felt like: This product is dark grey and feels very creamy and grainy going on the skin. It cleanses and exfoliates very well. I found that, as a cleanser, it removed my makeup easily, and as an exfoliator, it made my skin feel very smooth - with an intensive moisturiser after use, makeup applies like a dream. If using this product as a mask it can be drying, particularly for dry/combination skin types, however for oily skin types, it is great. The Garnier Pure Active Intensive Charcoal 3-in-1 mask will dry on the skin if applied outside the shower, however I found that the product stayed wet on the skin in applied in the shower. I can have very sensitive skin and my skin has shown no reaction to this product, where previous masks and exfoliators have a tendency to make my skin red and sensitive. Be aware, the colour of this product is intense and light wash clothes will be stained. Long term results: I have found that regular use with this product (twice weekly as exfoliator and mask) has reduced blackheads and pimples on my skin. My skin is too dry however, to use this product daily as a cleanser

Rated 4 out of 5 by from First time stung me but results were amazing I bought this after returning from a trip to a colder climate and noticed my skin had dry patches, flakes skin and some pimples starting... I felt like my skin needed a really good clean and exfoliate. Well this did just that. It took off everything! My skin felt so smooth.<br />The first time I used it I could only leave it only a few seconds as it was stinging my face. I felt a bit of burning so I quickly washed it off. I wasn’t red or irritated so it hadn’t done anything bad. But even leaving it on a few seconds and rubbing it in it made my skin so smooth and amazing!<br />I haven’t built up the courage to leave it on as a mask as yet... still increasing the amount of time I leave it on very gradually...<br />I use it twice a week and it clears my skin up and smooths any dry patches. Great for my oily skin too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Effective at unclogging pores! When I received this product from BH to trial, I was fairly intimidated by the product. While similar in design to the other 3in1 product that Garnier makes, this bottle is a bold black, blue and red and once you open the flip top cap, the product itself is dark grey and thick, with a light fragrance topped with a menthol finish! It's nothing like any other cleanser I've used before! However, any apprehension quickly disappeared when I started using the product. I like to wet my face before using it, to allow for better spreading of the product, as it is quite thick! It did not at all irritate my sensitive skin, in spite of having a good dose of salicylic acid in it, but I found that it was a bit too drying for my cheeks as a cleanser and I had to use pawpaw balm and a rich moisturiser afterwards to counteract the tight feeling. Instead, my favourite way of using this product is as a mask for my nose and chin, which is where I tend to have blackheads and blocked pores anyway! I still like to apply on slightly damp skin, but I leave it on for 10 minutes and use an hot washcloth to gently exfoliate and remove the product off of my skin. I could already see a marked improvement in the appearance of my pores after the first use! Definitely will continue using this as a treatment product because it's so effective and convenient!! Make sure you properly remove all the product from your skin and the sink otherwise you'll be left with strange grey patches!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for sensitive skin Upon trying and receiving this as a trial from Beauty Heaven, I was immediately intrigued by the product, especially when it claims it is a 3-1 product. In the past, I've used quiet a few products that are relating to removing blackheads, scrubs and other forms of cash wash. However, having sensitive skin, I tend to avoid using products which I may not be familiar with, since it leads rashes, as well as stripping my natural oils away. However, when trying this product, not only did it make my skin feel fresh and rehydrated, but it also left my skin smooth and soft. This product does not have any strong chemical smell, nor does its contain any microbeads which some other products have As I've used this for more than a week, I've realised that my removed some of my dead skins, from acne scars, and as well, removing some visible blackheads. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone who has sensitive or combination/oily skin. Although this product doesn't do wonders immediately, it would need time to make your skin feel baby soft.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great as a scrub Colour and Smell: the colour of this is a deep charcoal colour that is quite disconcerting when first used. it seems like it is going to stain everything, the shower floor, your fingers, under your nails, your face.... but it doesn't! it does tend to stick to the shower floor however so I have to rub it a bit to remove it. The smell is quite subtle and appealing. its a soft smokey scent Wash: as a wash i don't think this product really works... i find the scrub particles in this product is a little too harsh to use as an every day wash. as soon as you start to massage it into the face, it becomes a scrub and defeats the purpose of using it as a wash.. Scrub: LOVE IT AS A SCRUB! the charcoal and blueberry extract really helps to purify the skin. it gets deep into the pores and scrubs and rejuvenates the skin well. the scrub is quite harsh on the skin and works well to be used a few times a week Mask: as a mask it was super easy to put on and smoothed over the skin easily. i was able to get a nice even layer with out tugging on the skin. it was quite difficult to wash off. i had to add another foaming wash onto my skin to be able to wash off the mask Results: The product did exactly what it intended to do. it helped to unclog my pores and to pull out a lot of my blackheads and makes them look less pronounced. i am also finding, since using it, that my oils are being a little more controlled. I'm excited to see the results continue.

The idea that it has charcoal in it was very interesting to try and it didn’t disappoint! My face tends to get a lot of blocked pores and blackheads, lots of cystic acne on the bottom half of my face, so I was really excited to try something that promised a relief!<br />-PACKAGING –<br />This product comes in a big tube, with a lid that snaps shut. It’s very easy to dispense, no need to squeeze hard, but also it’s not squirting product everywhere. Typical packaging, but very nice to hold and look at. -USABILITY –<br />This product can be used in 3 different ways: as a wash, as a scrub and as a mask. I think it’s brilliant for us busy people who don’t have time (or money) for million different products. Instead we can do it with just one. Again, brilliant. -SMELL –<br />This smells REALLY, really nice! I don’t know what I was expecting (charcoal...?) but the smell really impressed me! It wasn’t overpowering or irritating whatsoever, it felt very nice to use it and smell great... -INGREDIENTS –<br />Charcoal, salicylic acid and blueberry extract – beautiful combination! Salicylic acid 2% is great for us oily type people. Not sure what the charcoal is for, but on the back it states that this new formula has been proven to eliminate the appearance of blackheads by over 80%. YES PLEASE I was mainly using this as a wash and scrub. I use it every day and I have to say, I have seen a dramatic improvement in my skin’s appearance. The blackheads appear to be gone (there’s still some inflammation underneath but it’s a lot less now and also it’s only visible in a magnifying mirror). I have to say that I didn’t expect to be this impressed with this product – I never had any good results with Garnier before. But I’m more than happy to keep using this until it runs out. My skin felt fresh and clean, however just a tiny bit stripped and dry. But it wasn’t enough to not like it, and putting on even the lightest of the moistrurisers fixed it. One thing I didn’t particularly like much about this product is that it’s black. OK, charcoal, it’s obviously black. But it also stained my fingernails. And while it’s all water soluble, it stained my skin a bit around the fingernails. So I had to wash my hands REALLY well with soap afterwards. That was a bit annoying as I didn’t want to spend MORE time in the bathroom. So for this reason I only use this product at night, just in case I miss some spots around my nails. It’s not a deal breaker though, and I will continue to use this product!

I'll admit that when I received this product I was a little bit hesitant - while my skin is combination, it has a tendency to dry out easily if I use the wrong product. I was however excited to read that it contained salicylic acid, which is without a doubt my favourite active ingredient when I have breakouts. This product was either going to work really well or really bad; thankfully it was very much the former! It can be a bit difficult to put my finger on the scent, however I can definitely smell mint and charcoal. I'm not the biggest fan of charcoal scents, however the mint made it pleasant enough to use, especially while wearing it as a face mask. I was a bit apprehensive about the possible mess any charcoal product brings, however I solved that by only rinsing it off in the shower. It does leave a bit of a dark grey mess even then, however it washes off of surfaces incredibly easily I've predominantly enjoyed using it as a mask - it's one of those fantastic products which makes you feel sufficiently pampered once you take it off. It has a lovely cooling sensation when you first apply it and I didn't find it to be all that messy when applying; it's thick enough that you can control its application easily. Once left on for a minute or two, it starts to dry down; you don't have to worry about getting dark grey cream all over everything! In saying that however, I struggled to leave it on for long past the five minutes, as I'm not the biggest fan of the tightness that comes. Thankfully however, in those five minutes I can definitely notice a difference to my skin; whilst I didn't feel as though my blackheads were minimised a great deal, I felt as if my skin was more balanced afterwards, it looked healthier and it even managed to unclog persistent pimples that other products weren't able to budge. I also adore how it exfoliates when removing the product; it is a fantastic multi-use product and if it weren't for how messy it can be when removing, I'd be taking this with me when I travel! This is definitely my new go-to product for whenever my skin is angry and breaking out. It worked wonders on persistent pimples that other products did nothing for and left my face feeling healthy and renewed, especially after continuous use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A great product! Initially I was intrigued and a little confused about this product being a 3 in 1, and wasn't sure how effective each use would be considering. However, I have been pleasantly surprised, having used this product for a few weeks.<br />Following the instructions on the back, I trailed this as a wash, a scrub and a mask.<br />The product is charcoal coloured and can be a little messy, and is grainy and textured.<br />As a wash, this product is a great everyday product which I incorporated in my make up removal routine. While I did not see a noticeable improvement in my skin, I did notice that less blackheads and impurities emerged. My skin felt soft and clean!<br />As a scrub, applied to dry skin, this product is abrasive enough to properly exfoliate your skin without being too harsh. I definitely felt like this helped with blackheads and hidden dirt. I only used this about once a week, but it can be used more. I have sensitive skin and so prefer not to use scrubs too often.<br />As a mask, I was very impressed! The product dries up over the 5 minutes and is a little difficult and messy to get off, but is well worth it! Afterwards my skin felt smooth, ,clean and fresh. This is probably my favourite use for this product.<br />Overall, I am very impressed with this idea and the effectiveness of the product as a whole, and would definitely recommend it! For the price it is a great investment into your skincare routine!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smooth and bright This Garnier Pure Active Intensive Charcoal 3-in-1 scrub, recommended for both men and women, works really well for all skin types especially for those with oily skin. It does not have any nasty smell and is a nice smooth texture. This left my skin very smooth and bright after the first wash. I have not used it for a long period so i am not too sure about the effects it had on my spots yet but i certainly can see that it has illuminated a few black heads. I mostly use this as a face wash everyday and use it as a mask twice a week. I have noticed that it does take a while to completely wash it off especially when used as a mask but the results are worth it. The packaging is also quite attractive and the valuable is affordable for the amount of the product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Use for much smoother skin! The Garnier Pure Active Intensive Charcoal 3-in-1 is a cleanser, scrub and mask all combined in one sturdy tube. The product comes out in a thick, black formula with tiny exfoliating particles in it. The product does have a slight chemical smell to it but doesn't bother me that much. According to the product packaging, it is meant to address blackhead issues and unclog pores. The product can be used as a cleanser everyday, scrub everyday or a mask a few times a week. Although it is meant to be 3-in-1, I don't understand how the product can be used separately as cleanser and scrub because I couldn't cleanse my face with it without scrubbing the skin. I would not recommend using it everyday as a cleanser because the exfoliating particles can be a little harsh for everyday use, especially on sensitive skins. However when using it as a scrub, I think it does a good job removing dead skin cells and leaves my face soft and smooth after each use. In terms of using it as a mask, I usually apply a thick layer over my entire face and leave it to dry for 5 minutes. After the charcoal is completely dry, dampen your face to soften the mask and gently massage the product to exfoliate your skin as well. Rinse off the mask completely and you can see visibly smaller pores with reduced blackheads Overall, I think the mask works well in removing blackheads and exfoliating the skin. I wouldn't recommend people with dry skin to use this product because it does leave your face feeling a bit dry afterwards and you definitely need to moisturise plenty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes skin feel fantastic! I was really intrigued to try this product, as charcoal seems to be all the rage at the moment. I was especially keen to try the product in each way: as a mask, as a scrub and as a face wash. I have a couple of blackheads on my chin and nose, so I was also keen to see if this product would make a difference to my normal to combination skin I first tried this product as a mask. It is a thick and very opaque product. There is no apparent smell. I applied a layer that was not too thick or thin, and left it on for 10 minutes (as recommended). It started to dry and feel tight by the time it was ready to wash off. Don't apply it too close to your lip area (I avoided my eyes entirely) as it has a menthol sensation to it and could be irritating. Also, don't apply it too close to your nostrils as it will be hard to wash off! I recommend that you wash it off it the shower, as it is sooooo messy. Grey charcoal residue goes everywhere as you rinse the product off. Definitely do this in the shower... My skin felt amazing afterwards. So smooth, silky and refreshed I couldn't really see what the difference was in using it as a face wash or as a scrub, as the product is used in exactly the same way for both methods. Again, I recommend that this is done in the shower due to the mess. It is great for morning or night, but I particularly like using it at night as part of my cleansing regime. As a wash/scrub, it also leaves your skin feeling fresh and revitalised. The product isn't overly grainy, but definitely is exfoliating and gentle enough for daily use. I wouldn't use it twice a day unless I had very oily skin, as I could see that the charcoal could be drying After a week, I could definitely see that my blackheads had reduced and my pores appeared finer. I am going to keep using this product, as it is great for removing oil, pollution and makeup from my skin daily. My makeup applies smoother and my skin just glows!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from trial team review I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to review Garnier pure active intensive charcoal 3 in 1 as part of the trial team. I was required to use this product twice a day, both morning and evening, concentrating on the T-zone. After using the product as a cleanser twice a day and as a scrub and mask twice a week I noticed a huge difference within the first week. My pores had reduced in size, break outs decreased and my t-zone did not produce excessive sebum. My skin became noticeably clearer and smoother.<br />I absolutely love this product. It's very convenient how it performs 3 jobs in one. The texture and consistency of the product worked well on my skin and delivered noticeable results within the first week of using it as a cleanser, scrub and mask. I believe it lives up to its claims and I definitely would re purchase this product in the future to ensure my skin remains pure and acne free.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good 3 in 1 product I was very excited to trial this product for the good properties, charcoal brings to oily skin. First of all, the packaging is attractive and the tube is quite big which is a good value for money for the price it is being sold. It has the right consistency and application is very easy. I love the little grains which are very soft on the skin, I definitely feel that my skin is fresh and cool after using this product The scent is very strange and I can't figure out what it smells, a kind of herbal or minty one, I really don't know but it isn't strong at all, however, I must say that it takes a little bit longer to wash off the product from my face compared to my usual cleaner or mask but still, my skin is smooth and clean with less visible pores and blackheads which is amazing. Unfortunately , as the product is black of color, it tends to be a bit messy around my white sink or in the shower when I wash my face Overall, it is a good product and I totally recommend it.

It left my skin feeling clean, soft and smooth but not irritated. I did not find any long term benefits however, with regards to a reduction in my blackheads, and thus found it unnecessary to use as a mask Packaging / Cost:<br />I liked the look of the product and the upturned tube made it simple to get the product out even when running low. At around $12, it is very reasonably priced Look / Feel / Smell of the product:<br />The product is a dark grey thick cream with scrubbing beads with a fairly mild smell of charcoal. It feels good on the skin, and as a mask, it stays moist, unlike other masks that dry and crack on the skin. It is easy to use and clean off Look / Feel after using product:<br />My skin felt felt clean, soft and smooth after using this product, regardless of whether I used it as a cleanser or mask. It was slightly drying but in conjunction with a good moisturiser, worked beautifully. It exfoliated flaky skin beautifully Long term effects of product:<br />I did not find an overall reduction in skin imperfections and thus whilst I found it to be an excellent cleanser and scrub, I found it unnecessary to use as a mask.
