Directions

1. Wash: apply daily to a wet face. Rinse thoroughly with water.
2. Scrub: apply daily, massaging product in circular motions, concentrating
on the T-Zone (forehead, nose & chin). Rinse off with water.
3. Mask: apply to face 2-3 times per week. Allow to dry for 5 minutes.
Rinse off with water.
Avoid eye and lip area. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately.

As a wash and a scrub, it made my skin feel very smooth and squeaky clean. A little goes a long way. I enjoyed using this product and would definitely recommend.

Not overly drying while still leaving you with a fresh clean feeling, suitable for men and women and easy to use in the shower if that’s what you prefer. When used as a mask it is quick dryin and effective at clearings skin. Will repurchase.

This product is really pleasant to use even if your new to using charcoal based products.Also is a Great product for makeup users to unclog the skin leaves it feeling fresh and silky without drying out the skin.Used this product twice a week and would definitely recommend this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jing F. from Any product that can do double duty (or even triple!) is a winner in my books, so I was quite eager to give this product a whirl!\nGarnier's Pure Active Intensive 3 in 1 Charcoal is a product that can be used as a wash, a scrub, or a mask. I found the product to be very thin but quite gritty, and I felt there really wasn't a way to use the product as just a cleanser (the scrub happens whether you like it or not!) That being said, I quite enjoyed using the product as a scrub - the grittiness didn't feel very harsh, and my skin felt lovely and smooth after. \nI also really enjoyed using this as a mask, even though the consistency is much thinner than most masks I've used in the past. I actually found my favourite way to use this product was as a mask for 5-10 mins, and then gently removing the product with a scrubbing action. \nAll in all, this product gets 4 stars for being an effective scrub AND mask!\n

I love how well the charcoal got into my pores and removed the excess oil and dirt build up from the day. As an avid makeup wearer, a makeup wipe doesn't always cut it to remove the foundation. Using this 3 in 1 Garnier Wash, Scrub and Mask I felt at ease knowimg my pores were not being left clogged. \n\nBe aware not to overuse this product. Especially as a mask, but if you use as directed and ensure to moisturise after wearing it as a mask you won't have any issues. Use as directed and you wont be disappointed! I would definitely buy and use this product again.\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by Faith from I was very intrigued to try this product and have been quite late to the charcoal craze so I was thrilled to give this one a go!\nWhile the product claims to be 3 in 1 I'll admit I haven't actually tried this product as a mask just yet so can't comment on that element however as a wash or scrub I found this product to be great! It left my skin feeling soft after each use and I quite like the novelty of the charcoal.\nAs this product can be used as a scrub it does have microbeads in the formula so I tended not to use this daily.\nMy skin is feeling and looking great. I've been struggling with breakouts recently and I've found that they've now cleared up so I will continue to use this product in conjunction with my other products.

Personally I have oily to combination and sensitive skin, I would definitely recommend using a moisturizer after using this product and it can tend to leave your skin slightly dry. This product is great if you are travelling as it is a 3 in 1 and I also used it before a shower so as it was easier to was off without the mess. I would purchase this product again especially when I am in need of a mask for a good detox.\n\n

It works well as all 3 things it advertises to be, but I liked it best as, and will ongoingly use it my routine as, a mask. It was great to draw out impurities in my skin, but was not as harsh as a clay mask. The scent of the product is pleasingly fresh, and I like that it came in a tube - it was nice not to have to dig around in a pot for product. For the price, it's a nice versatile product to have on the shelf. Would repurchase.

I have pretty oily, acne-prone skin, especially around my t-zone, so using the product as a mask around this area worked really well for my skin. It does have a pretty strong scent, which is something to get in mind, but it worked super effectively in cleaning the skin as a wash and mask. \n\nAfter a week, my skin is now noticeably less congested, so definitely give it a go! \n\n

It’s a good face wash for oily skin, and i think it did exfoliate / cleanse quite well. It definitely purified my skin. However, I found the product not as easy or quick to remove as I would like - the scrub particles were quite persistent. I did like the the texture of the product. I didn’t get a chance to use it as a mask.

I have combination skin and this product was efficient for a gentle face wash however could be improved by having less of an intense fragrance for my sensitive skin.\nOverall this wash is a good product and the packaging is of high quality and meets my expectations.\n

I love the though of having 3 things in one, just makes everything so much easier. The packaging is very simple, the standard Garnier squeeze blue tube and surprisingly smelt quite nice. I mainly used this as a wash then anything. I found using it as a scrub, did nothing for my skin. The exfoliating really lacked, I personally prefer to really scrub my skin and unfortunately this didn’t do the job. I then tried using it as a mask and unfortunately no benefits from it. However I do use it as a wash & ive found that it’s done a great job. At first it did break me out a little bit soon enough it cleared up. It’s general and really does refreshen my skin. After using it almost every night my skin appeared to be smoother, softer and helped unclog pores. I do have a oily skin and it worked well as a wash. I will definitely still continue using and repurchase again\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by Chloe M. from I've been using this product for a couple weeks as a cleanser and a mask, and I've found that my blackheads have seemed to reduce in appearance, although I wouldn't call it a 3 in 1 product, more of a 2 in 1 as when you use it as a cleaner you use it as a scrub as well. I preferred using it as a mask as I have oily skin and it helped in reducing excess oil so if you have oily skin I would definitely recommend using it for this aspect.

The charcoal infused in the product does wonders for my skin, reducing the amount of breakouts I get. I prefer to use this as a mask, as the product is quite thick in consistency. I do like using in the shower, as it can be a bit messy trying to wash it all of over a sink. This product is perfect to use a few times a week for anyone who has limited time to invest in their skincare routine. It simplifies it all by only having to buy one product rather than three. I would definitely recommend this and will continue to use this myself.

After rinsing it off it initially felt a little dry but after rinsing my face with warm water it felt much better. It has helped to clear up my skin but not completely. It has definitely made makeup application a whole lot easier as my makeup stick to my skin more. A little does go a long way. I usually have quite sensitive skin and had no issues with rashes, bumps or redness so it works amazing if you do have sensitive skin.

I found it worked as promised and is great for a deep clean, reducing blackheads/breakouts and for keeping excess oil under control without overdrying. A little product goes a long way which is wonderful and I really liked the texture (very fine) as it was easy to apply. I used it mainly as an exfoliant and occasionally as a mask and found that after using it a few weeks my skin was much clearer and smoother. The only negative was that it was a little tricky to remove and I would have to rinse my face a few times to make sure it was all off. Overall this is a great product, works as promised and is very affordable.

I prefer it more as a wash/scrub however I love that it's a 3-in-1 which is great if you're travelling and don't have the space for a whole heap of products. I think any more than three or four times a week would be too much as you'd be exfoliating your face anyway if you were wanting to use it as a simple wash.

The product smells really good and feels quite nice on my skin. I haven’t noticed a great change in my skin regarding breakouts but with regular use it would be great at clearing up skin issues.

I have been trialling this product over the past month and I have found that as a mask it was definitely easy to apply, and also easy to wipe off after. I found it really impressive that it didn't leave any mask residue on the face towel that I used when gently wiping off the mask. Overall, as a wash, scrub or mask, I found my skin feeling less oily, refreshened and revitalised after every use. I was also impressed that it didn't burn or sting my sensitive acne prone skin. I have already recommended this product to many of my friends and family. The only thing I was a tad disappointed about was that I didn't see a massive change in the amount of blackheads on my face, however this was to be expected as I do not have many. My problem area is usually my nose and this being a wipe off mask I found it didn't remove the blackhead bacteria. I think a peel off mask could have helped this, and washing your face with this product after could then ensure all the bacteria is out. Overall, definitely will continue to use this product and recommend to people with the same skin type as mine. \n\nThank you Beauty Crew xx\n

I have tried a similar product before and because they were also a scrub I found them very abrasive. I was really pleased with this product when I first tried it. It wasn't rough on my skin and it left it feeling clean and soft. Unfortunately due to some hormone issues I haven't noticed a difference in my skin. However, I would still recommend this to people. I used it every day for a week and didn't find that it was too harsh on the skin, but because it is also a scrub it is probably best to only use it a few times a week.

The mask aspect of this product is very effective, and doesn’t dry the skin out as much as other products does, although for combination skin it can leave some parts finally dry. The scrub is refreshing and not too harsh on the skin.

I have an oily skin type which is prone to blackheads and acne, so a product like this is perfect.\n\nI used this product as a mask twice a week. I would not recommend using this as a daily wash for oily skin types, as it physically exfoliates the skin too often. This would cause dehydration and ultimately more oil production. To use as a mask, I would take a pea size amount onto my fingertips and rub it evenly over my face. A little bit of this product goes a long way! I would then leave it for 5 minutes and remove it. A con is that this product makes quite a mess when removing over a sink. \n\nThis product left my skin feeling clean and smooth. I do feel that if I leave it on for longer than 5 minutes it strips my skin slightly, making it tight and shiny. The salicylic acid really minimized the appearance of pores and worked well to remove blackheads. I found that I was also producing less oil on my skin with consistent use. \n\nI believe this is more of a 2 in 1 product because there is no real difference between using it as a scrub or face wash - you'd be exfoliating your skin regardless. It also has quite a strong fragrance, so if you have sensitive skin you need to be cautious. I would recommend using this for oily and oily combination skin types. \n

My skin felt tighter, cool and tingly when I washed it off so that was pleasant. \n\nGood little drugstore buy \n

After just one use, my skin looked brighter and felt smoother the next morning. As a mask, it didn't dry as well as other charcoal masks I've used but I do love the results. Bonus: it's travel-friendly as I only need to pack one product for three different purposes!

The wash is great to use in the shower as it is easier to wash off all the thick grey product. As a scrub, it felt like a great exfoliator without being too rough. Blackheads didn't disappear but definitely came to the surface and were then easier to remove.
