Designed to be used as both a facial cleanser and make-up remover, Toleriane Dermo Cleanser 200mL can be rinsed off or removed with cotton or tissue. Gently cleanses the face and effectively removes makeup. Toleriane Dermo Cleanser has a soft, fluid milky and nourishing texture. With La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water. Pat on, massaging in a circular motion, with fingertips, then carefully wipe off using a cotton ball/pad, taking care not to rub. Rinsing with water is optional.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from A lovely thick cleanser that was very gentle on my skin. It cleaned away the debris of a day easily and rinsed or wiped off easily. I enjoyed the lack of fragrance, but needed to rinse off as opposed to the directions on the container. Its quite a small container for a cleanser though. I would have to replace this often.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A gentle cleanser that really helped with my dry sensitive skin. Initially I was not sold on it however persisting after a few tries, I really started to see the effects. The redness on my skin had started to clear up and left my skin glowing and hydrated. In saying that, it is rather basic cleanser so I would recommend removing your makeup first to ensure that your skin is thorougly cleansed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have hormonal acne so I am always on the lookout for a good cleanser that is kind of heavy duty but won’t dry the skin around my nose out. This was just what I was looking for. It’s not overly smelly and felt light enough that I could use it morning and night. I didn’t see DRASTIC results which is normal as my acne is hormonal however I did feel it was doing it’s job as a cleanser very well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from To be honest I was a bit skeptical of this product - as someone who uses micellar water regularly to cleanse my skin, swapping it out for the Dermo-Cleanser was new and interesting. Rub this cream into your skin, no need to wash off, and bam - clean! My combination skin was happy - no drying out, and not too oily resulting in clean and clear skin! Granted, I didn't try this as a full on make up remover - I'll stick to my oil for that - but to get off the nightly sweat and grime, it did a fabulous job!

So many cleansers leave your skin crying out for moisturiser, but La Roche-Posay has managed to give you a cleanser which leaves you a soft, supple sensation, without any irritation.\nIt struggled to remove some of my tougher mascara (or maybe I just have extreme mascara). So that was something I wasn’t too fond of- having to rub my eyes to properly remove the panda eyes.\nIt’s perfect for a little more sensitive skin and I love that I have found a gentle cleanser that works, without rubbing and scrubbing the surface off my skin! Perfect to start and end the day.\n

I don't personally go for a cream cleanser generally, however found this to be great and effective on my normal/dry skin. Would prefer a different style of bottle as found it difficult to only get the amount of product required but otherwise, enjoyed it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This Dermo cleanser is great for sensitive and dry skin. The cleanser comes in a screw top bottle that is fairly easy to dispense from but sometimes you would end up with more product then what you need. The cleanser itself is lightly scented with a milky consistency. The milkyness of the cleanser means its very versatile in the way you use it. You just need to massage into your skin then you can either pat it dry or rinse it off. I also find these types of cleansers are good to remove with a damp cloth or cotton pad. For my skin it was perfect as it didn't leave my skin feeling dry or over cleansed after I rinsed it off but it isn't the best at removing stubborn makeup so it wouldn't suit every one unless you pre cleansed with another product. Overall I found it to be a great gentle cleanser for sensitive and dry skin

It reminds me of the concept of cold cream, where movie stars back in the day used to remove their makeup with moisturiser. \n\nWhile it states on the bottle that you don't need to wash this off after cleansing, I found that only worked for me if I had a fresh face that day with no makeup. Otherwise, I really did feel like I needed to rinse it off afterwards to remove all the residue. However, I found it to be an amazing cleanser for when you wake up in the morning and want to start the day with bouncy, moisturised skin! And for those no makeup days, I actually find this cleanser really great, because I can cleanse my face without having to rinse it again afterwards (great for if I'm feeling lazy and just can't be bothered with a full skincare routine!)\n\n It took a few tries to figure this product out, but I now really like it and find it so unique! \n\nPlus, when my skin is dry and dehydrated, it feels so good to be able to cleanse it without feeling like I'm drying it out even more - it makes my fine lines look SO much more plumped than any other cleanser has!\n

I found it to be great for both morning and evening face washing and noticed that it helps to retain moisture - a rare thing to find in a cleansing product. There is no fragrance and was very gentle on my sensitive skin. While the product itself is great, I found the packaging to be less ideal; the rigid plastic bottle makes it difficult to distribute the small amount of product needed and so I found I went through it more quickly than necessary. However, this is really a small nit-pick on an otherwise great product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Let me preface this review by saying that I have combo skin and it leans quite oily in the summertime. As it is summer when I received this product for review I couldn't give it a fair trial. \nThe product is rich and creamy with a light pleasant scent, it smooths onto the face easily. It takes a bit to rinse with water and leaves an oily residue on the skin, this would be absolutely perfect for those with dry skin or even in the winter time when needing that extra boost of comfort for irritated skin. However for me in the summer it was not something I enjoy using and I very quickly used another cleanser to clean my skin. That being said I will give this another go in the winter, it is also advertised as a good product at removing makeup and whilst I haven't tested that claim (because of the heat and humidity I haven't worn makeup in almost a month), I imagine because of the creamy and slightly oily consistency it would break down makeup easily and work really well as a first cleanser for me during the winter time.\nThe price point of La Roche Posay whilst more expensive than most pharmacy brands, I believe it is of a higher quality and the inclusion in frequent sales means the product is a worthwhile investment.\nI would recommend this product to family and friends who have dried skin types than I do. I think my mum would absolutely love this product.\n

(Yep.. sucks) It's been tricky to find products that actually help my skin rather than leaving it dry and itchy.\nThis LRP is a great creamy hydrating cleanser and removes very light makeup.The packaging suits storing the product upside down so it's easy to get a small amount into the palm of my hand or onto a cotton ball. I don't understand the point of not bothering to rinse it off so I didn't try that option. I used a warm wet flannel to remove it from my skin.\nAlthough I received this cleanser from Beauty Crew I had recently purchased LRP effaclear duo and moisturiser for sensitive skin.\nI have not had any breakouts for 4 weeks!\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This cleanser was super creamy and milky and removed all my makeup so easily! \nIt lathered up nicely and worked well with my Clarisonic which is super important. \nI did find though that I had a few breakouts though when using this- I’m unsure if it’s exactly because of this cleanser but I don’t normally use milky cleansers so this might be why!\nThat’s the only reason for 4 stars- it left my skin feeling clean but hydrated which is amazing- a lot of cleansers just strip your skin and this doesn’t do that. \nLovely product for those with sensitive skin- well done LRP. \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This gentle lotion cleanser is lovely to use. This is a morning cleanser as it will not really remove sunscreen or makeup properly. This is a cream-type cleanser to use on dry skin, by massaging lightly the skin and then rinsing off. It's a simple formula that doesn't irritate my sensitive and oily-dehydrated skin. This is not a product to use if you want to feel like your skin is squeaky-clean, which is usually not great for skin anyway. I have used this cleanser in the past and would consider re-purchasing.\n\n

I normally use an oil cleanser due to my combination skin - which is a little heavier but leaves the face feeling much more clean but so soft and doesnt dry out the skin. The La Roche-Posay Toleriane Dermo-Cleanser was light, milky/watery consistency but left my skin feeling a little more dry and not as clean.\n\n

Paired with the moisturiser and night cream the three items deliver skin that is calmed, moisturised and less red. Due to the slight residue you maybe tempted to use a toner but instead I opted for a facial spritz which wouldn’t irritate.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Usually I’m a foaming cleanser kind of girl, so I stay away from cleansing milks (I don’t like that most say to wipe the cleanser off rather than washing it off). But this one said it could be washed off so I used it as I would my normal cleanser, in the shower. \n\nIt took a little getting used to, as it felt like it left a very thin film over my skin (as opposed to the more squeaky clean feeling I’m used to). But once I got past that issue it was fine! I had no issues with this product disagreeing with my skin, which was great. I didn’t feel as though my skin wasn’t cleansed. However, it didn’t work to remove eyeliner if that’s something you’re looking for. It did remove BB cream easily.\n\n

I found using it as a make up remover wasn't great and didn't remove eye make up, I had to use make up wipes before using the cleanser. \nWithout make up on, this was a great light and refreshing cleanser. I have sensitive skin and this didn't irritate me and didn't leave my skin feeling tight and striped like some cleansers can. \nI would recommend this cleansers to others and it is reasonably priced. \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love this Cleanser. It is calming and gentle on my skin without any fragrance smell which will bother my skin. My skin feels soft like a baby skin after using it. Such a nice feeling as some cleanser left me with tightening dry skin feeling which is not good sign usually. It is good to remove light makeup but not so good for removing heavy make up. Will use stronger makeup remover or micellar water to remove the heavy makeup fully. Which does not bother me at all as I always do double cleansing whenever I put on heavy makeup. Overall really love this cleanser. A new favorite. Just wish the bottle come in a pump top to make it easier to use. \n

The cleanser didn’t leave my skin feeling tight or dry and removes excess oil without irritating my skin. It has a very light fluid milky texture and is enriched with glycerin to moisturise the skin. I love to use the cleanser in the mornings to cleanse my face. I find that it is not that effective as an eye makeup remover particularly if you are using waterproof products, so I use a separate eye makeup remover in the evenings. It is however a good cleanser that provides a gentle cleanse without stripping the skin of moisture.\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I didn’t enjoy this product as much as I did with the moisturiser, I wasn’t a fan with the bottle, I’d prefer a pump. I also usually use foaming cleansers so this was different as it didn’t lather at all and although my skin was clean it felt slightly sticky after I rinsed. My 13 year old daughter has sensitive skin and she used it a few times and likes it, she said her skin felt nice and clean afterwards and she didn’t mind the packaging.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I'm always on the lookout for mild/gentle cleansers because even though have oily, congested skin, it can be quite reactive - I've tried 'natural, vegan, organic' products that leave even my oily skin dry,tight, and red. Add to that the chemical exfoliants I occasionally use, and I generally prefer a gentler cleanser and moisturiser, which still leaves my skin feeling clean and cleansed.\n\nThis is definitely one of the lightest and gentlest cleansers I've ever used, and is perfect to use in the mornings when you don't have a full face of makeup and/or a day of oil to wash off. Having said that, I actually found it quite effective as a makeup remover, considering how gentle it is on the skin. It's not as good at removing makeup as an oil cleanser, but for cleansing fluid with a thin consistency, I was quite surprised. To fully remove makeup and cleanse, I would still need to double cleanse, but for in the mornings for me, it's great, and it would make a great morning and night cleanser for those who don't wear much makeup.\n\nAs a side note, I made my mother - who has dry, sensitive skin - try this, and she said it is the only cleanser she's used in her entire life that doesn't leave her skin feel dry or tight, so whilst it's not perfect for me/my skin type, it certainly is for some others.

The cleanser is pleasant to use, with a creamy consistency and no fragrance (great for a sensitive petal like myself :) ). I have combination skin and usually I use a slightly foaming cleanser, and although the La Roche-Posay product felt nice and left my skin soft, I thought that my skin didn't feel as 'clean' as it normally did. I would recommend this product to those with dry skin, however, as it it very gentle and moisturising.

I have slightly oily skin and this product is not strong enough if I want that really clean, oil removed feel and look, but when I want a gentle, relaxing, moisturising everyday cleanser this is great. This is also my go to cleanser if I am wearing fake tan as it does not strip the colour. La Roche-Posay Toleriane Dermo-Cleanser is also advertised as a makeup remover, but it was too gentle and did not remove my makeup easily or thoroughly. \n\nPros:\n- Great gentle every day cleanser\n- Perfect cleanser while wearing fake tan as does not strip colour\n- Leaves skin feeling soft\n\nCons:\n- Not 100% suitable if you have oily skin\n- Does not easily remove makeup as stated\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a really beautiful, simple cleanser. I have sensitive skin, which is combination (with hormonal acne), and this ticked all the boxes to be a good, all round cleanser. I'm not usually someone who uses a creamy/milky cleanse, but this has converted me. It worked well as a single cleanse on days where I had no makeup on, and really well as the second step of a double clenase, after I had taken makeup off at night. It also performed well with my clarisonic face brush. \nI loved how hydrating a nourishing it felt, starting the moisturising process well before I'd gotten to serums and creams. I noticed while using it that my skin was more even and plumper wile using this in conjunction with the sister moisturiser.  It's a great all rounder, as I used it both as a night cleanser (with/seperate from double cleanse), and a light morning cleanser. \n\nAs a bonus, I tend to get eczema/irritated skin on my neck, and I found this was gentle enough to use on there without upsetting or making things worse, which is a huge bonus. \n\nThe only downside is the packaging - I found the tube hard to get product out of at time, and a tricky shape to travel with. \n\nGreat value for money - I would repurchase. \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a good product for removing light make-up (like BB creams and tinted moisturisers) and general cleansing, however for heavier foundation, some sunscreens and eye make-up I found it needed to be used twice or in conjunction with another cleanser. \nIt was very soothing for sensitive skin and my skin felt lovely and smooth and bouncy after rinsing it off, instead of tight, dry and parched like some harsh cleansers. No stinging eyes with this!\n\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I use this product in combination with La Roche-Posay Toleriane Sensitive Creme.\nIt comes in a well sized 200ml bottle and I quite like to simplistic appearance of it. I did find it a bit hard to open the lid and squeeze out the right amount. I do like that it's fragrance free. It has a really creamy texture which is nice to apply and feels gentle on the skin.\nI used this product with and without rinsing. It's good that you don't have to rinse it for when you're in a rush and just want to wipe it off, also as it acts as a sort of moisturiser too. It rinses off well if you want to use that option.\nThe reason it lost a star was because it says it is a makeup remover, however I didn't find it removed my make up well at all. I had to use make up pads and a fair bit of the cream, and rub a bit too much for my liking. \nI would remove my makeup with a different product then use this as a calming finishing off final rinse because it leaves your skin feeling nice. \nI applied it all around my eyes and face and had no reactions at all - happy days! My skin enjoyed using this product with the Sensitive Creme too, it has really started to look healthy and hydrated. \n\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I enjoyed using this cleanser and found it to be soothing during a hot summer period. I usually don't use cream cleansers so there was an initial adjustment period but a soon found myself looking forward to using it again.\nThe product is soothing and light on the skin, it doesn't foam up or cause a reaction i was happy with the way it cleansed my skin and would happily continue using this product.\nwith continued use the product calmed my sensitive acne prone skin i would recommend this for use after a break out or flare up\n
