Oral-B 3DWhite Whitestrips use the same enamel-safe whitening ingredient used by dentist. They are thin, flexible strips that are coated with a tooth-whitening gel containing peroxide. I was concerned about unpleasant taste and or pain using these but absoutely neither happened despite my sensitive teeth and gums. Easy to use and I applied whilst working from home or after dinner watching TV. Which saves a lot of time visiting beauty rooms or dentists. However I wish they covered more teeth as strips only get the very front teeth.

They did make my teeth whiter I would definitely recommend however I did get a small bit of gum irritation I would tell people that also because of how I had them too far in my gums the first time

The strips are easy to apply and remove, I had no teeth sensitivity and could notice whitening of my teeth after use. This is an easy and cost-effective way to make your teeth look whiter when you want an at home application.

The taste was a little strange, but not offensive. Getting the strips off my teeth was easy enough, and I wasn't 100% sure if I was meant to rinse my mouth after, but I did. My teeth were definitely whiter, even after just one use. The instructions don't actually say if you're meant to use them daily, so I did it every few days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but hard to find time They have great adhesion and don't move in your mouth, they perform ok, although sometimes leave 'white spots' on the teeth, these tend to fade away again overnight, so i would recommend using them in the morning or just prior to going out. The 60min timeframe is quite long, and as a mum of two, trying to remember to use them at a convenient time between home from work/school, dinner, training and bed was a bit difficult, and the supply of 2 weeks is more likely to take 3 weeks to get through simply for trying to find time, and remember. Not sure if this is likely to reduce the effectiveness.

I do find that I need to use them a few times before I see decent results and I prefer to use them after brushing for best results which is not what the instructions say to do. I like that they adhere really well to your teeth so once they've stuck, they don't move around until you take them off.

There is temporary sensitivity but it does eventually go away. I don’t usually suffer from sensitive teeth so if you do, use with caution. Other than that, highly recommend.
