It has wrecked the quality of my hair and it is now blotchy orange and white. The smell is disgusting and I am now trying to get the stench out of my hair for two days, not happy.

I haven't been able to get the stench out of my hair, and not to mention it didn't work at all. Not even the slightest bit. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. I repeat DO NOT BUY THIS

It did absolutely nothing except make my hair smell god awful, and there aren't enough candles in the world to get rid of the smell permeating through my apartment. So glad I wasted hours of my life and money on this!? Just to clarify I was trying to remove darkest brown from my hair. This is the second brand that has failed and really, the first one should have started the process, and this one should have finished it given that it specifically says it will remove black! Useless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just didn't work I bought this to get out the last of the remaining dye in my hair (at this point it's a light red colour), it did nothing, my hair is the exact same colour it was before I used it. It was a waste of money! The smell however, is by far the worst part. My house smells like it, and despite washing my hair, my hair still smells like the product which is a terrible chemical smell.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely TERRIBLE DO NOT USE! I wanted to remove the last remaining bit of pink hair dye from my hair so I could redye it. Well, it turned all the pink parts of my hair blue! I now have blue hair, that is much darker then when I started, and cannot even fathom how a product could mess up so badly. Plus, it smell the worst, like headlice treatment. This product is a MUST AVOID!

Every few months I update my hair colour and I've used this and other brands to remove my hair dye numerous times. I got a good result with all the brands I tried (Colour B4 was the best). Now Scott Cornwell is the only brand I can find anywhere. There's been no change in the the brand of dye I use so why didn't it work this time? I think it's now a weaker formulation that just doesn't do the job.

It did not do this, as ive been dying my hair black for a while and most definitely had build up on my ends. It took out some of the colour out but was not even worth spending the money for the result that i got.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Use Colourless Max instead! Used this to remove the medium brown from my blonde hair and it bearly took any colour out, despite using heat and for 45 mins - still very dark. My hair is very short (bob length) and there was barely enough product to cover it all! Ridiculous price too. The negative reviews outweigh the postive here, that sure says a lot.

I even wrapped my hair in cling wrap and warmed my hair with the hair dryer for 5 minutes while waiting for the 45 minute wait time. My hair lightened slightly by a shade. I’m naturally a dirty blonde but my hair is still a dark brown after using this product and the smell isn’t pleasant either.
