My hair is long, thick and dry. My hair can be unruly and frizzy. It is prone to getting knots. The first thing I noticed about this conditioner was the scent. It is very strong and lasts on the hair after washing. The scent is hard to describe ”šÃ„ì fruity is the best fit. I really do not like the smell, it is too overpowering but not as strong as the shampoo. The first wash my hair with the shampoo and then follow with the conditioner. I apply the conditioner to all my hair but focusing on my ends. I leave the conditioner on my hair for 2-3 minutes. It however does not feel very nourishing on my hair especially after the shampoo. I really did not like this conditioner. My hair after use was limp and heavy. It looked dull on the ends yet oily at the roots. My hair did not have the same natural bounce or waves in it. My hair dried down quite straight. The frizz was reduced but not gone. My hair also seemed knottier. After using this, my hair looked and felt drier than before. So much so that even people asked me what I was doing differently to my hair as it looked different. I would not recommend this conditioner based on my experience. I was really disappointed and would not use it again. It did nothing positive for my hair. Please Note: The price and packaging of the product has not been taken into account in this review.

After using these products after a couple of times I found my hair was dry and was getting tangled really easily. My hair wasn't soft and was really hard to maintain

Unfortunately that's where the pros for this conditioner finish. After use, my hair felt straw-like and dry. It is the frizziest I have seen it in years and as a result was difficult to style.

The product spreads easily enough through hair. However, my hair is colour treated and I found I had to apply a lot of the product (to the ends in particular) to get an appropriate conditioning result. Rinses out easily enough and does not leave hair feeling weighed down - you just need to use a lot. I used the whole trial packet way before I had finished the shampoo.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Blind trial: strong scented, light in texture [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after shampooing i proceeded to use the conditioner. the product was quite thin and light in texture, and sort of "fell off" my hair, so i felt as though i needed alot of product to feel that my hair had been adequately covered. this product had a similar strong manufactured fruity smell like the shampoo did. i only used this on my mids and ends as per my usual process. after rinsing and drying my hair, my hair was left feeling heavy, dull (without it's usual shine) and looked a little dirty (not how you want freshly cleaned hair to look). i kept using this for another 5 washes, then gave up with no improvement to my hair's condition (since the result of the first wash), i also liked the scent of the conditioner less and less each time i used the product. i would not purchase this product.

It smelt nice but didn't feel nourishing or moisturising in any way. The damage to my ends has become more noticeable and I won't be finishing the bottle off. My hair was left dry, frizzy and difficult to manage.

I think the shampoo is really all you need to get smooth, shiny, and manageable hair - the conditioner just did not work for me. It seemed too heavy on my hair, and the scent seemed to linger - which would be good if you *liked* the smell, but I unfortunately didn't.
