It instantly made my hair feel softer and smoother. However, I would not use this anywhere near my roots and it feels like it would lead to build up. The only downside is the smell. I don't hate it, but I don't particularly like it either. It reminds me of artificially flavoured lollies that don't taste that great

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Blind trial: Softening and manageable [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this conditioner to really soften my coarse dry hair and overnite too... after i used it - the next day i found my hair soft and less frizzy by alot .... the smell of this is too die for and i found like the shampoo it lasted until i next washed my hair .. i did have to use a little extra as i have really thick hair and i find i need to do this with all conditioners but it left me so happy and finally a conditioner that really softened my hair

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Blind trial: Lightweight, fast-absorbing conditioner [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner, like the shampoo has a similar sweet scent and the look and consistency of this conditioner actually reminds me of coconut milk. It is surprisingly quite lightweight in texture and perhaps not as rich or thick as I normally prefer my conditioners to be. After rinsing the shampoo out, a squeeze a generous amount (again about the size of a 20 cent coin) and work it thoroughly from the ear down, concentrating on my dry/split ends and leave it in for a few minutes with a shower cap on before rinsing it out. Whilst I don”šÃ„ôt mind the lightweight formula, I find that the conditioner disappears/absorbs into my hair and I feel like I haven”šÃ„ôt got any product in my hair, and therefore feel the need to use more product. The conditioner washes out quite easily and leaves my hair feeling quite soft, smooth and detangled. After blow drying, my hair does appear neater with less annoying flyaways sticking up from the top which is great. I believe Overall, I liked this conditioner but would have preferred a more richer/creamier and thicker consistency and I give this 4/5 stars.

I could smell it on my ends when I would take the hair tie out of my hair. It just lingered. It instantly untangled my ends and felt so smooth as I rinsed it out with water. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised when i opened the secret bottle, obviously cannot comment on packaging as it is limited. It has a strong flower scent. It was beautiful reminded me of summer. After the first application and use of the conditioner i found my hair contained the scent amazingly. After the first week i did find after a while my hair did get tangled easily, which was disappointing. To be honest it worked well on my hair but not so well with my dry ends

It smells like playdough though, so not sure what it's really supposed to be? It spreads through hair nicely, pretty easy to cover all the needed parts. Makes hair nice and soft and VERY easy to comb through, even with my horrid knots! Again, didn't help with the frizz but I really liked how it didn't take much effort to comb my hair after a wash. Would probably repurchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner was felt luxurious and silky and I felt it really repaired lots of the damage I had done to my hair through the use of heat tools, air conditioners and pulling and tugging at knots. The actually product is really thick, which was what I really liked. I felt that it was more the consistency of a mask, and due to it being so thick I found it easier then other conditioners to distribute through my hair. I found by leaving it on for a few minutes longer than usual (as more of a treatment / mask) it really penetrated that hair making it smoother, softer and shinier. I also really liked the scent of this product. It smelt very similar to the matching Shampoo, which I loved. It smells very fruity - kind of like a combination between pears and honey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner gives your hair the style you need with less fuss with a beautiful soft finish with no fly aways and frizz free hair infact using this product after two days I find I have had no problem keeping my hair under control and have not seen any signs of frizzyness even when its been really windy. Beautiful and thick the conditioner has a milder smell than the shampoo but it does wonder for your hair - baby soft hair that controls all the things you hate when trying to style your hair.

The shampoo is quite thick and the conditioner is actually very thin and almost waterery in comparison. The conditioner spreads easily and evenly through the hair and even though it felt like there was nothing there I knew there was. I was tempted to put more is as it feels like nothing. Your hair doesn't have a smooth silky feeling to it like most conditioners and this worried me a bit. Rinses out really easily with no residue and my hair felt like nothing had been put in. Usually when I rinse out the conditioner my hair still feels smooth but my hair felt dry and horrible and I wondered had it worked at all. Once dry my hair was soft, shiny, bouncy and a little too many frizzies.

It is easy to apply in the hair. For me, I condition my hair from bottom half down and leave the conditioner for a minute and wash out. The conditioner does not leave my hair tangled or knotty (which can be a concern), rather a smooth and silky feeling. I found the conditioner locks in the moisturizer and smooths out the frizzy ends. I am very happy with how my hair has been during this winter whilst using the shampoo and conditioner.

It was gorgeous- even my boyfriend noticed and complimented it. The actual product I feel worked quite well with my hair. Having thick and curly/way hair usually leads to wild frizzy, however I did notice a change in the appearance. Mostly it just looked a little less wild. I really liked this conditioner, and provided it was not ridiculously expensive I would quite happily purchase it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The conditioner is light gel texture. Lightly fragrance. But very smooth silky hair after each wash guaranteed! The perfum of the Conditioner does not linger too long in the hair which I love, as it does not effect my own parfum. Each condition wash the product always make me feel as though it won't hydrate my hair enough, in esp it is a gel like texture. But the result is amazing after each wash every time. The conditioning on my normal to dry frizzy hair does not weight my hair down nor does it cause my hair to be extra oily or greasy. It really helped me to smooth out my frizzy hair and it really kept my hair looking healthy even when I uses my GHD every time after I wash my hair.

I loved that my hair became more managebale with this conditioner. I cant wait to find out the brand! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the product arrived I was at first a little scared..but as soon as I tested it out I was so pleasently surprised. I loved the sweet smell and how good my hair felt during application. The product was quite thick so I did not need much product. A bit of trialling helped me to realise that I only needed a 5 cent coin amount of product for my below shoulder length hair. It took about 3 days for me to notice an improvement in the condition of my hair..as previously I had been prone to flyaways and frizz...eeep. Well.. I can say these issues are nearly all gone. Thank you so much Bh for letting me trial this mystery product. I loved it.

This conditioner i found was very conditioning and left my hair feeling honestly, amazing! I found the shampoo to be very drying and even a little harsh on my hair but this conditioner seemed to reverse some of those effects. When i used this conditioner my hair instantly felt well moisturised before i even washed the product off. After using this continuously for almost a month i realised that others could see how great my hair was too! I loved getting compliments on my hair and having people ask what i had done. My hair was less frizzy and much smoother. It also had a silky shine to it and it didn't seem as dull as before. My hair had also become more straight and overall it looked very healthy. I am definitely happier with the conditioner than the shampoo as i found the shampoo to be very drying but loved the conditioner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I have dry and damaged hair I am always on the look out for a great conditioner that really delivers hydration! This one is great for that! This conditioner is very hydrating and I feel helps to provide a ton of nourishment to dry and damaged hair, it doesn't contain heaps of damaging ingredients such as parabens, etc either! As with the shampoo this also has a great and awesome fresh fruity scent which smells nice to the nose although it's slightly more faint compared to the shampoo! This conditioner leaves hair feeling silky and smooth and really helps to eliminate frizz both the shampoo and conditioner are great if you are a "wash and go" kinda gal! My ultimate favourite thing about this conditioner is just how hydrating it is! Often I will need to use a leave in conditioner to ensure that my hair doesn't end up dry or frizzy but I was actually able to skip this step which I haven't been able to do before!

It wasn't as thick as I'd have liked - I had to use twice as much as the shampoo. However, it left my hair looking so good that I didn't need to use any styling product on it after my hair had dried. My hair is usually a bit frizzy after it dries, but after using the shampoo & conditioner, my hair looked shiny & soft.

Overall a good, just right, consistency to apply evenly to the hair, which I was very happy with. It didn't feel oily or watery at all. It felt really nice to massage into the hair and scalp, very relaxing. It was very easy to use this conditioner and I felt like I was in a salon. After continued use the conditioner made a small difference in the softness of my hair which I really liked and surprised me at the effects of this conditioner. Hair was adequately moisturised after rinising out the conditioner. Once dried the hair looked moisturised as well. However I noticed no changes in the amount of frizziness and fly aways to my hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first when I was washing out the conditioner I though that I wasn't getting all of the product out but once I dried my hair it was obvious I had. My hair just felt really soft and silky after using the conditioner.Since using it I have even noticed that I don't have to focus too much on blow drying my hair because it's not as hard to control the frizzy mess it can become after washing. I've noticed my ends also seem to be quite a bit more moisturised since using these, (not oily, just healthier looking). The scent again is sweet, something that I really enjoy.

Not an overly thick consistency, more smooth and light to the touch. Easy to massage into hair. My hair combed through with slightly more difficulty than usual so this was a bit annoying. After blowdrying my hair I noticed an immediate difference as my hair was smooth, less frizzy and very soft.

Some could find it overpowering but I actually love it, I was thinking "Mmmm.. so good.." So already a plus there! When using it for the first time I noticed straight away it was very slippery. This means it coats the hair really well but I'm not sure I like the texture compared to other brands, I think I prefer a thicker conditioner. I also worry that the conditioner is coating my ends with silicon, although don't worry there is no obvious silicon-y coated feel to the hair. In fact my hair just seems soft and silky and gorgeous! The conditioner doesn't seem to weigh down the hair at all which is good. Overall it is a great conditioner and does the job, although perhaps not my favourite I would recommend it as seriously, it works great :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Blind trial: Secret Conditioner Trial Team [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the opportunity to try out this secret Conditioner for the Trial Team, and while I was excited I was also a little scared not knowing the brand. The product itself came in a plastic bottle with the ingredients and name Conditioner on the front with a label. I tried this out the very first night and was quite taken with the lovely aroma that encased the shower after opening. I washed my hair with the secret Shampoo first then rinsed and applied the Conditioner to my ends and left for a couple of minutes before massaging through the rest of my hair. Once I rinsed and finished my shower, I towel dried my hair and didn't apply any other products to see how this made my hair look and feel. I used my hairdrier and gently dried my hair and was quite surprised at how soft and shiny my hair was after just one use and without the need of numerous styling products. I also found this to accentuate my natural wave and stopped any fly aways that can sometimes occur with my hair type. After using this for a week I was quite impressed with how my hair looked and felt and was very happy that I had soft, shiny, manageable hair. After two weeks of continued use I found I was also able to leave my hair to dry naturally without it becoming one big Afro. I used this everyday of the trial and found this secret Conditioner to be quite a fabulous product. I Would definitely recommend this Conditioner regardless of the brand to anyone wanting to have soft, shiny, manageable hair and definitely found an overall improvement in the texture and condition of my locks.

It seems to moisturize the hair mid lengths quite well. No effect on split ends, they are neither made any worse nor any better. It washes out really easily and leaves the hair quite soft.
