Also great protein and carb offerings. Tastes good as well. Definitely the best option for me.

I am getting good results from this product coupled with a big diet and eating at least every 3 hours. Many other high calorie protein drinks lack in carbs so if your looking for significant energy to work out at gym and still add weight try this one out.
