It had gotten to the point where I’d style it after washing and it was already heavy and greasy looking... I was initially looking for a clarifying shampoo to remove build up (I usually go to the neutrogena one but couldn’t find it in stock anywhere) and I stumbled upon this little beauty. It has a pretty strong tea tree scent but I find it doesn’t linger. The gel doesn’t lather too well on truly clogged hair either. It took a double wash to clean my hair fully and get a good lather, so I did use a fair bit of product (I have waist length thick hair) but for the incredibly cheap price point, I can’t fault that. I can’t say it alone makes your hair feel great as I followed it up with an OGX keratin shampoo and conditioner. My hair has been bleached (balayage) so my ends are fairly coarse feeling and this didn’t help moisturise at all, but if you’re looking for a clarifying shampoo to remove build up, this is an absolute steal! my hair has never been as light weight and shiny!
