QV Baby Gentle Wash is a moisturising soap-free daily wash, suitable for use every day for hair and body on delicate or sensitive skin.

QV Baby Gentle Wash is formulated to gently cleanse delicate and sensitive skin. The soap-free formulation is pH-balanced and contains Vitamin B3 to help support a healthy skin barrier and natural protective properties. Suitable for use with eczema-prone skin, dermatitis and psoriasis.

Rated 4 out of 5 by aoperez from A very gentle wash good for skin and washing hair As the mother of a one-year old, I am always looking for new products that will agree with my baby's skin. This wash did the job well of washing baby well, it is soft and gentle on skin and washes well, and has no odour or much colour for that matter. It also doesn't give any bubbles, so I knew my little boy would not be impressed but does leave skin gently clean. It comes in a practical white bottle, and while unremarkable, this would be a great product for any babies with sensitive skin. My boy had a little bit of eczema when a 3 month old, and while not crazy about the product, it is great everyday product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by My.Nongy from Great for bub The QV Baby Gentle Wash comes in a bottle with a flip top lid so it's easy to squirt a tiny amount into the bath. It's not a hydrating wash, it's a gentle wash but it doesn't dry out the skin and I've never had it create suds in the bath. I use the QV Baby Bath Oil with it to add hydration. Babies don't need much more than water to get clean but this is perfect for those big jobs that usually involve poo! This was the only bath wash I used in the first few months that didn't give my baby a rash when his skin was most sensitive.

Rated 3 out of 5 by skincare junkie from QV Baby Gentle Wash | Does the job I used this when my bubba was about 2 years old. Very luckily, she does not have any sensitive skin issues so she can use almost everything on her skin (including Johnson and Johnson!) apart from baby oil which really does not agree with her skin. I found that the QV Baby Gentle Wash is very similar to the regular QV wash. It has a clean scent, lathers well, cleans well, rinses off well. It does not feel stripping but at the same time I always put moisturiser on her after every shower. Overall, I found this QV Gentle Wash a fair product - it works but nothing amazing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Candyfairy from Didn't dry out or irritate baby's skin This is one of the many products I have been using for my 8 month old who has been suffering severe eczema since he was around 3 months old. He gets very chunky raised dry red skin on his head, face, cheeks, belly, back and behind his knees and on his arms and elbows. I used this because I have heard so much about how great it is from a lot of other people I have talked to about it. Whilst it didn't irritate his skin further which was nice, it didn't do a whole lot to calm it down either unfortunately. I continued to use this for a few months and then switched to another brand to see if something else could work better. It didn't so I switched back and used it up. At least it didn't make his flare ups worse like some other washes I tried did. This wash didn't dry his skin out, but it didn't moisturise it either. So I would recommend it for mildly dry skin or only mild eczema prone skin.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Miss19 from Could be more hydrating I used this wash for my baby cousin who has dry skin and suffers from eczema. I've even used it myself when I had my flare ups and even though it was an average body wash I felt like it could have been a lot more moisturising. The first thing I noticed was how much it lathered (which was quite a lot) Now it may not seem like a big deal, even though it is said to be ph balanced and soap free, but it worried me that it would be stripping the skin of oils and hydration, making the babies skin and my dry skin even worse. My skin does feel clean but I wouldn't categorise it as being very gentle. To me a gentle body wash would be something that cleans the body but doesn't create much suds while also leaving the skin moisturised. My skin thankfully didn't flare up or have any adverse reactions but it wasn't suitable for when my skin was very dry.
