It’s a perfect size for a single person and it was only a sample!! The smell was not what I expected as it smelt a bit weird but when putting it on my head, it soaped up great! I noticed my head was not as itchy as it was before and if I kept using the product I believe eventually it would remove the itchiness. Really nice product actually!

Long term use requires a conditioner or oil but Overall met the spec for dandruff reduction however. Didn’t mind the smell and my hair felt clean after. I would recommend Head and Shoulders for those wanting to reduce dandruff.

I have pretty bad dandruff at the moment. It has taken all the itch away and it has a great smell and my hair still feels soft and is easy to style. But as for getting rid of the dandruff nope. I might try everyday for a bit and see if that helps. But for now it’s only 3/5 stars.

It definitely helps soothe the scalp and stop itching between washes. I wouldn’t recommend using this every day as I found my scalp would get itchier if I used it every single day. Definitely swap this in and out when necessary.

Cons: I experienced a very mild irritating sensation on my face where I accidentally dropped some of the shampoo (noting that I do not have sensitive skin). I continued to experience quite a bit of flakiness and itch on my scalp, particularly on day two after washing my hair with this.

The packaging is simple but nice and the promise of a eucalyptus scent is enticing. However, once dispensed and massaged into the hair it's not a eucalyptus scent at all. All I could smell was a clear menthol scent. It wasn't unpleasant... it just wasn't what was marketed. The bottle also doesn't clearly state that it's shampoo. Unless you've got the matching conditioner right beside it you wouldn't know what was in the bottle. The product also left my hair quite fluffy and lifeless which I REALLY didn't enjoy at all. When used in conjunction with the head and shoulders Itchy Scalp Care Conditioner it relieved my dandruff and the itch for a day or so. That being said, I get similar if not better results with a simple Apple Cider vinegar rinse and it's a fraction of the price. Overall, this product was very average for me and it's not something I would purchase again nor would I recommend it.

I love the eucalyptus scent and combine that with the ease of availability of Head & Shoulders, you've got a slam dunk. Except I found the cooling, tingling sensation a bit too intense for my liking. The eucalyptus is quite potent here and while I felt it contributed no real benefit beyond what previous versions of Head & Shoulders could deliver, it was a real negative for me as I do not enjoy that cool, tingly feeling on my scalp. Personal preference here and for everyone who hates that, others are going to love it. I just happen to hate it. Otherwise great, but I hate the sensation of cold, tingly scalp.

The packaging was easily identifiable as part of the Head and Shoulders range, but had a different scent (and colour) since I'd last tried a Head and Shoulders product. I didn't mind the scent, and preferred the colour, and found it easily lathered in my hair and gave it a clean and fresh feeling after washing. However, unfortunately it did not assist with my sensitive and itchy scalp and it flared up again after using the shampoo, which be partly because I do have not only an itchy and flaky scalp, but also a very sensitive one.

At first I thought my hair was just getting oilier quicker but I just washed it today and have found to my horror as its completely dried it's still oily. I've never had a shampoo that doesn't wash your hair! I have dry skin, including my scalp for reference.
