Benzac Daily Facial Moisturiser hydrates, soothes and protects the skin's moisture barrier for up to eight hours. Enriched with UVA/UVB filters, this oil-free, non-comedogenic lotion is specially formulated for breakout-prone skin.

I find the moisturiser to be fairly thick in texture but it absorbs into my skin rather quickly, it leaves my face with a hydrated and dewy feeling which lasts all day. Since using this moisturiser I haven’t had any breakouts, I could see that my skin wanted to but the moisturiser definitely helped stop it from completely breaking out. It works well and I’m quite happy with it.

It has a very light scent which almost reminds me of something fermented. However, I found sometimes it feels fine like any other moisturiser but other times it really stings. It must depend on what I've cleansed with or if I have maybe scrubbed my face too harshly. So 3 stars as it is hydrating and my skin it has kept my skin clear. But the stinging sometimes was quite unpleasant.

It has no strong odour, which is a plus for those sensitive to fragrance. It does leave a pleasant, light feeling of moisture and helps soften the skin, but the hydration doesn’t last very long for me. Overall, it's a decent everyday moisturiser, but not particularly outstanding.

Would have appreciated this, as it is mentioned on the box. I would rather avoid chemical sun blockers, which this product contains...but it does not have an SPF rating, so not really good for sun protection anyway!
