The texture is different to museli or chocolate bar, so be prepared for that. I have also found they are a good substitute for late night munchies or when you are craving a sweet treat, but don't want 400 calories.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convert from the expensive Optifast I tried these after seeing how insanely cheap they are compared to Optifast bars (which are generally 6 for $30), while here you get 15 bars for $45(ish) and they are 3 awesome flavours - they’re all great, from the • Caramel crunch at 212 calories • Choc fudge 223 calories, and • Choc Berry crunch at 246 calories They’re all covered in chocolate and taste NOTHING like a health bar or even a protein bar… it’s weird to eat something so great that is so high in protein. I eat these as breakfast & a snack (with a salad for lunch and sensible dinner), at 1200(ish) calories a day as I’m certainly not in need of weightlosss (I’m just terrified of gaining any lol) Plus, either way it was a nice change of pace as the Optifast bars kinda DO taste health/protein-foodish & I prefer the more “tastes like something from Cadbury or nestle” kinda deal haha. I truly recommend!
