Optislim VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) is a nutritionally balanced meal replacement designed for people requiring a practical weight management program. Each bar contains all of your daily nutritional requirements , including 25 vitamins and minerals, when you use 3 VLCD products per day.

I tried the mixed berry first and found it lasted (as I didn't want to break my teeth) so very satisfactory. I can take it to town in my handbag and they don't melt or spoil. The other two were just as hard and tasted great. Would recommend them all.
