Optislim VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) is a nutritionally balanced meal replacement designed for people requiring a practical weight management program. Each bar contains all of your daily nutritional requirements , including 25 vitamins and minerals, when you use 3 VLCD products per day.

I have lost 15 kilo's and on my way to lose more. 1shake for breakfast 1 bar for lunch and vegetables and meat for dinner. No bread, pasta, rice. It's hard in the first week and then you get used to it.

I find these are much nicer than the “other” brand. Easy, great for on the go, and have been a successful meal replacement for brekkie and lunch, to help budge the extra kilos. These WERE a very good buy at $39.99. My only gripe is the hefty price increase of $14 to $53.99!!!

They are a great snack ulternative when you feel like eating something you shouldnt or you can even replace a meal with them. Optislim protein bars also provides all my daily vitamins, minerals and protein in a bar.
