Bellamy's Organic Baby Porridge gives your child a pure start to life.

Bellamy's Organic Baby Porridge is a dry cereal of soft multigrain flakes, that can be quickly and easily prepared with water or baby's usual milk. Made in Australia, Bellamy's Organic baby foods are certified organic, and free of synthetic additives, preservatives and pesticides, giving you peace of mind that Bellamy's Organic really is a pure start to life. A Pure Start to Life!

Use contents within 28 days of opening.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Mixing Guide
1. Always wash your hands before preparing food for your baby.
2. For each tablespoon of cereal, add 2 tablespoons of cooled, boiled water, breast milk, or formula. Breast milk contains enzymes that make the cereal 'watery'. This is perfectly safe to use.
3. Mix to a smooth consistency. Mash out any small lumps with the back of a spoon.
4. Gradually increase amount given and thickness of the cereal over time, depending on your baby's appetite.
Always check the temperature is safe before serving.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS

Make sure your baby is seated in an upright position to serve. Do not leave your baby unattended.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Always store with seal closed, in a cool dry place.

Was good for me as it was nice to be using a product which seems nutritionally balanced for their first food. Also great that i could take it with me in a pot and just add water when out.

It's easy to prepare, tastes great and is nutritious. As baby moves onto lumpier foods finely chopped fruits and berries can be added to give it a different flavour and increased variety.

Oats was our preferred choice of iron fortified baby cereal and Bellamy's organic has no nasties. Both our kids enjoyed it on its own initially then mixed with different fruit and veggie purees.

Instructions were clear, very easy to make up and can add fruit puree to or use breastmilk/formula. Baby wasn't very interested in eating it but enjoyed playing with it due to the texture.

The Bellamy’s Organic baby porridge is a great option for time poor mums like myself, to help ensure that my little one has a nutritious breakfast. With no artificial preservatives, colours or flavours, this was a winner for me. He really enjoyed it mixed with his milk and the instructions are super easy to follow. You can add anything you want to it as it’s a good base to start from.

Babe has gravitated towards the porridge on a pre-loaded spoon. It’s the first food I have noticed her actually moving to the back of her mouth and swallowing. After her meal she appeared satisfied and was not asking for a feed, which is unusual. The product was very easy to use, super convenient for busy mums wrangling children at dinner time!

The product is light and fluffy before mixing with liquid, and goes further than expected once liquid is added. I did use 90mL of liquid and found it to be a little more runny than when it was only 80mL (as per instructions) which was what my little guy was used to. Being flavourless it gave me the opportunity to bulk up the meal and add fruit. The packaging is nice and appealing, however, I feel it would possibly get lost next to some of the more brightly coloured products out there.
