I've had problems with dandruff for more than 5 years and I've tried many many commercial brand anti-dandruff shampoos and nothing have seemed to work, until this! I always dread winter because due to the dryness of the weather, my dandruff always comes out to play but thanks to Neutrogena T/Gel, I was dandruff-free just after only 1 month use. Thank you for a wonderful product and I feel like I have made a life-long friend.

IN the end after searching on the net and understanding the benefits of coal tar i landed up with this. really suited me and my hair and was never so much happy including my black tees :-) It does as it says in their description.Go for it if you have the same issues ,your last attempt before going to the doc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Itch no more [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During Summer i often get "itchy scalp' due to the heat and perspiration...I have tried many other brands but they give only temporary relief. ...I have now tried the Neutrogena T/Gel and have not had any symptons for the most part of this week....It has a very pleasant fragrance and needs only a small amount to cover the scalp . It does not dry out the hair at all but leaves it soft and shiny with that very pleasant fragrance....I am impressed with this product and will continue to use it when necessary.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best thing ever! I used to get a very dry, flaky and itchy scalp. It became worse and worse to the point I tried every common product I could find. T-Gel was my last ditch attempt at relief before seeing a doctor. As it turns out a doctor was not required.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No more itchy scalp! Thought I was buying a different T/Gel formula (blue in colour, slightly gritty texture) but received this one instead as I purchased it online. It has really helped to reduce the itchiness caused by my dry scalp. Lathers well, hair feels clean. I finish my routine with a deep conditioner from another brand to ensure my hair stays silky and hydrated. The scent of this product is okay but could be improved. My partner tried it too and it worked well to reduce his dandruff.

Although it's not 100% amazing for solving his problems, it does reduce the amount of skin flaking from the scalp. Obviously it's not an ultimate solution for flare ups of psoriasis, but it does provide assistance.

I've been using this for years and it works so well, much better than any other anti-dandruff shampoo I have ever used, I found out that just because you have an itchy and flaky scalp doesn't mean it's dandruff and T- gel treats other conditions such as dermatitis. The only problem with it is that it strips dyed hair colour but I guess it's a small price to pay.
