General Information

Nestle CERELAC Baby Rice Cereal is a nutritious option for babies starting solid foods. Local guidelines support the introduction of iron-rich foods, such as iron-fortified baby cereal, as ideal first foods. Nestle CERELAC Baby Rice Cereal contains single grains and is rich in iron to support healthy growth and development*, containing on average 50% of the RDI per serve, based on the recommended dietary intake for infants up to 6 months of age. When prepared, the baby cereal has a smooth texture ideal for babies from 4 months due to its smooth texture. CERELAC contains probiotic Bifidus BL like those found in the digestive system of breastfed babies and also contains Vitamin C, a key antioxidant, to support your baby's immune system functioning, growth and development*. For added variety and flavour, you can mix CERELAC Baby Rice Cereal with other baby food such as a teaspoon of your baby's preferred vegetable or fruit puree. This introduces different tastes to their diet, fostering a diverse palate. CERELAC Baby Rice cereal is not recommended for infants under 4 months of age. *Enjoy CERELAC baby cereal as part of a gradual introduction to a variety of solid baby foods.
