ULTIMATE OMEGA 3-6-9 CAPSULES
Healthy Care Ultimate Omega 3-6.9 provides a unique combination, of Evening Primrose Oil, Flaxseed Oil, and Natural Fish Oil, providing essential omega-6 fatty acids gamma-linolenic acid and linoleic acid, Omega-3 fatty acids EPA, DHA and Oleic acid (Omega-9) to the body. Well formulated to maintain skin health and help relieve skin dryness. It has anti-inflammatory benefits to support healthy joint and cardiovascular system health.
Other benefits includes:

- Helps relieve symptoms of mild arthritis including mild joint inflammation.

Directions

Adults: Take 2-3 capsules 3 times a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
Children 6-12 years: Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times a day, or as professionally prescribed.
Children 2-6 years: Take 1 capsule a day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal) or as professionally prescribed.
